Here Peter is not yet spiderman but he is Tony's personal intern. Tony loves him as his own son. He is overprotective of Peter.
Peter is having a great day, he had aced his Spanish test and above of all Flash hasn't touched him the whole day. And there is also a special announcement. Peter cant wait to hear the news.
" So students here is the special announcement :
As our school won the Nationals Mr Norman Osborn the honourable CEO of Oscorp , has sponsored a field trip to Oscorp on coming Monday and there will be a surprise before departing for the field trip. So the thing the students need to do is that they have to register their name to their teacher ( idk how American schools work), submit 20 dollars and get the permission slip signed. Don't try to miss it if, you it will be your loss. So don't miss this opportunity."
Ned and Peter were fanboying when they heard this news. Of course, Stark Industries is great but Oscorp was no less. There is no way they are gonna miss it.
Peter waved Ned bye and headed to his apartment. It was Thursday as result there was no internship. Peter loved time spending with Tony, working on his cool iron man suits, having a movie night etc. but he doesn't"t want to feel a burden so deny when Tony asked him to come over. He entered the apartment and found his aunt sitting on the couch reading a book. He loved his Aunt and immediately went over to her.
" MAY MAY MAY MAY MMMMMMMAAAAYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!"
" Peter stop shouting I am not deaf," she said as she ruffled Peter"s hair.
" You can't believe what happens!" said an overexcited Peter,.
" I think I can believe nothing can be more surprising than your internship in Stark Industries." Of course no one at school believed his internship in Stark Industries.
" You see our school is taking us to Oscorp!!"
" Wow, Peter that's great news so where I need to give my autograph."

May signed Peter permission slip " Here you go."
" Yes!!!!"

" So I believe you remember about the surprise has been said during the announcement ." Mr Harrington said which Peter certainly forgot.
" As you have done so well the school thought of making this field trip memorable by inviting your guardian as well."
At this Peter"s inside died. He knew that May is at work. He didn't hate but felt jealous of others when he saw them hanging out with their parents. He had Mr Stark who he sees as a father figure but he wasn't sure how he felt so Peter kept it to himself.
" Hey Puny parker, who will come to your parents. Oh no I forgot that they were dead.'Flash sneered.
Soon everyone was joined by their parents. Ned was with Mr Leeds. MJ was with her mother only it was Peter who was alone. Then suddenly an expensive red Ferrari came to stop in front of the gates. " Oh no Oh no Oh no" Peter mumbled under his breath. But his Parker luck made his worst thought into reality. From that yellow Ferrari came out world"s richest man: Tony Stark.
" I hope I am not late."
" Mr Stark..." Mr Harrington hesitated.
" Last time I checked it was my name."
" I mean what are you doing here?"
" I came to assist Peter parker in his trip as his guardian"
Let's see what happened in the past
May Parker was working on Laptop when an email popped up on her screen. From MidTown High. May frowned. It was from peter"s school. She opened that Email and read
" Dear parents you may know that our school has been granted the opportunity to visit the Oscorp. In order to make this trip memorable, we have thought of inviting the parents as well to make it a wonderful bonding trip. Looking forward to your participation in this trip.

May sighed. She knew that it was her job time she won't be able to attend the trip. She also knew that her nephew will be sad after returning from the trip by seeing other children with their parents nor she can restrain Peter from going as he is super excited about this trip. That time a wonderful plan popped into her head. She immediately drew her phone from her bag and dialled Tony.
" Hello is this Tony?"
" Yes, I am Tony. May I know who are you?'
" I am May parker"
"Is Peter alright?" Tony panicked.
" Yes Yes, Peter is safe. I need help from you can you help me?"
" All you need to do is ask"
" Okay you see peter s school is taking them on a field trip and parent assistance is also needed but I have a job so I cant go can you go in my place. You see Peter hates seeing other children hanging out with their parents so you see"
Tony "s heart did a somersault. He waited for a long time for this moment."
"So will you go??'
' yes yes yes .'
"It's on Friday at 10 am don't be late."
May put down her phone and smiled.
Let's go back to the present
"Traitor" Peter mumbled under his breath.
" There is no way that Puny Parker knows Tony Stark.''
'' What did you say ?" sneered Tony
Peter knew that an angry Tony is much worse than a hulk.
" Mr Stark pls calm down you know he is stupid?'
They all headed to the bus.
time skip to Oscorp ............................
Welcome Midtown High I am Harry Osborn. Today i along with my dad will give you a tour around the tower.
"Ah it's a pleasure to have Tony Stark in my tower," said Norman Osborn said with sarcasm in his voice.
Peter felt like he introduced two nuclear bombs. Osborns and Starks are rivals from the start. On the other hand, he is a best friend of Harry Osborn since they were young.
Tony always kept his eyes on peter throughout.
'So this our head Scientist Dr Curd Connors he is experimenting on spiders and tries to make them genetically improved. Peter suddenly felt his head is spinning. He started to feel vomiting. Tony noticed it and started to get panicking. He checked peter and saw he was burning and no sooner he removed his hand peter collapsed on the floor. He picked peter and immediately left the tower after threatening Norman that if it is of any of his doing then he will meet him in court.
Tony put Peter on the bed of the med bay of his tower. Peter woke up after 2 hours.
Tony said " You see you will be the cause of my death."
"Don't worry Dad I will not leave you so easily. Peter said smiling.
Tony couldn't help but smiled.
" So what now ?"Peter asked.
"I think for a movie night "
"So let's go"
They watched star wars until they fell asleep little did they know what is going inside Peters body.
Moral of the story- Don't take Tony Stark with you if anything happens he will see the last of it.
