Summary
Violetshine, from many angles, universes, and perspectives.(or: a series of (mostly) unrelated drabbles about violetshine. because i love her, and because she's important to me. information about each story will be in the author's notes.)

this is going to be different from a lot of my previous works. violetshine is a very important character to me. i wrote this story as a way to get some of my ideas down in a shorter format than usual, and to keep myself busy while i work on other stories.chapter ratings will range from G to T. this isn't a request fic; these are just some oneshots straight from my brain.i hope you enjoy.UPDATE: i realized i should probably put down the names of each song i reference within this story. the title of this fic is from "rolling girl" by wowaka ft. hatsune miku. i will update the notes of each chapter to add what song they're referencing

"What's the matter, Violetpaw?" Sleekwhisker asked, her tail swishing.
Violetshine hissed, her claws sinking into the ground. "It's Violetshine now. You know that."
Sleekwhisker feigned a gasp. "Oh, my bad! I forgot how easily offended you are."
Violetshine's pelt bristled. She remembered Twigbranch's words when they had been SkyClan apprentices together: Violetpaw has always been sensitive.
Was that all she was? After all she had been through, was she just some fragile apprentice?
"Relax," Sleekwhisker said, padding away. "It's just a joke. Don't take it too seriously."
Right. Of course. Violetshine had always been a joke to her, after all.
