Summary
Violetshine, from many angles, universes, and perspectives.(or: a series of (mostly) unrelated drabbles about violetshine. because i love her, and because she's important to me. information about each story will be in the author's notes.)

this is going to be different from a lot of my previous works. violetshine is a very important character to me. i wrote this story as a way to get some of my ideas down in a shorter format than usual, and to keep myself busy while i work on other stories.chapter ratings will range from G to T. this isn't a request fic; these are just some oneshots straight from my brain.i hope you enjoy.UPDATE: i realized i should probably put down the names of each song i reference within this story. the title of this fic is from "rolling girl" by wowaka ft. hatsune miku. i will update the notes of each chapter to add what song they're referencing

"Are you my new mother?" Violetkit asks, her voice trembling.
"No," Pinenose says quickly. She looks a little uncomfortable, like there's a thorn in her nest that she isn't allowed to take out. "I'm just looking after you for now."
"Oh." Like Daisy, Violetkit thinks. Back in ThunderClan, Daisy watched over all the kits in the nursery while their mothers were away. Maybe Pinenose is like Daisy if she was a ShadowClan cat.
Violetkit resolves to be on her best behavior. That way, if - when - Lilyheart or Alderpaw came to get her, they would know that she had been good.
