“Peter, it’s time to get up.” FRIDAY told the adopted son of Tony Stark.
Peter yawned, looking like a cute kitten.
He curled up in a ball and replied, “But I don’t wanna.” in a sleepy voice.
He was drifting off to sleep when he heard the door open.
“Hey, sleepy head. Ready for another adventure?” Peter’s dad asked.
“What is it this time?” Peter asked, feeling slightly hopeful.
“Well, there’s a Tour Group that needs touring. But after that, what do you say about experimenting with the Vibranium that will come in while you’re leading the Tour, Bambino?” Dad asked his son.
Peter shot out of bed and ushered his father out of the room. “Of course! I’ll get to it right away!”
He heard his dad’s laugh as he shut the door on him.
As soon as he got changed and brushed his teeth, he ran gay into the kitchen.
He heard Mr Bucky laugh as he zoomed past him, grabbing an apple and a banana. He continued on laughing as Peter ran into the elevator, telling FRIDAY, “Take me to the ground floor, please!”
Everything was silent as he ate the fruit while the elevator made its way to the bottom floor of SI.
The elevator finally stopped and Peter made his way to the nearest bin.
He put the fruit core and skin in the bin, and then went over to the front desk.
“Hi, Emilie!” Peter chirped.
Emilie was multitasking, holding a phone to her ear while writing down something. She was also dealing with people coming to the desk.
She was the best at her job.
And not underpaid!
The older of the two people smiled at the younger, nodding to the tray of badges. Peter went to the entrance with a “Thanks!” with the badges.
”Hello everyone, my name is Peter Parker and I will be your Tour Guide!”
He hadn’t been able to see the Tour Group since he was reading some papers on top of the tray.
“Mr Parker, what are you doing here?! You were told that you couldn’t come! And stop acting like you actually work here!”
Peter’s smile faded as he finally saw who it was.
It was the Academic Decathlon Team.
Oof.
Luckily, Eugene wasn’t there.
But unfortunately, his Biology teacher was.
Mr Harrington.
Peter looked up fearfully.
“I-I wasn’t-” Peter tried to say.
“Enough!” Mr Harrington interrupted.
He was dragged to the exit when there were flashing lights and FRIDAY saying, “Let go of Mini-Stark. I repeat, let go of Mini-Stark. The proper authority will be here in a moment.”
Mr Harrington ignored the AI, and continued to drag Peter.
He had dropped the tray of Badges somewhere, not fighting back because he didn’t want to hurt his teacher.
“What are you doing?!” A voice from behind shouted angrily.
“Dad!” Peter shouted back, ripping himself out of his teacher’s grip and running to his father.
“It’s okay, Bambino.” Peter heard his dad say to him.
Everything was now fine.
“What were you doing with my kid?!” Dad asked Mr Harrington.
“W-well, S-Sir-” the teacher tried to speak.
“OUT!!!!!” Dad told him.
Then he turned to Mr Warring and Mx June.
“I’m sorry. I’ll get you another Tour Guide. I hope you’ll enjoy the Tour.” Dad told them professionally.
He picked up his son and carried him towards the elevator, whispering sweet nothings in his ear.
Everything was alright now.
His Dad was there.
