Tony!: hey kid, swing by the tower real quick. There's something I gotta tell you.
Peter: ok! I'm omw!!!
Peter quickly put his phone on his bedside table while he got in his Spidey suit, he grabbed his phone once again and put it in his backpack before jumping out of the window while shooting a web to a building next door. He kept going till he got to the Avengers tower.
He landed on the balcony where Tony was already waiting for him, Peter ripped his mask off and walked over to him.
"Hey Mr. Stark!"
a small smile appeared on Tony's face at the sight of his kid. "Hey kid" Peter stood next to him, his hair all messed up from his mask. He quicklytriedto tame his wild curls before turningto the older man "So.. What'd you wanna tell me?" Tony smiled wider, he was obviously excited about something. He wrapped an arm around Peters shoulders while they walked "can't tell you just yet, why don't you go to your room and change real quick, alright?"
Peter raised an eyebrow and titled his head, confusion and curiosity clearly written on his face "alright?" Once they got inside Peter headed to his bedroom. Ever since the homecoming incident, Tony and Peter had gotten closer, they had a lot in common and they worked well together. He was even invited to Tony and Peppers wedding. It got to the point that Peter would spend the night sometimes so Tony gave Peter his own room in the tower so he didn't have to sleep on the couch in the living room.
Peter opened one of his drawers and pulled out extra clothes he had at the tower. He quickly got dressed, placing his Spidey suit and backpack on the bed before heading back out to the living room. He walked in the room and saw Tony sitting on the couch and Pepper standing next to him. Pepper looked at Peter and smiled "Hey Pete, how have you been?"
Peter smiled back "hi Mrs. Stark! I've been good! What about you?"
Pepper chuckled "I've been doing good, and remember what I told you? Call me Pepper" Peter's checks went a bit red and he laughed "ah sorry Pepper!"
she laughed a bit and shook her head, she walked over to him giving him a hug "it's alright kid" Tony pointed at the two if them and dramatically gasped "how come she's Pepper and I'm still Mr. Stark?! She's only told you once and I've told you thousands of times to call me Tony!" Pepper laughed and smirked "maybe he just likes me better"
Peter laughed and took part of the teasing "yeah, sorry Mr. Stark, Pepper is my favorite" Tony put his hands on his chest and put on a dramatic hurt face "ouch Pete, that hurt, that hurt a lot" He fell backwards on the couch "I've been killed by a broken heart." He pointed at the two of them again "because of you two!" He let his hand fall to the couch.
Peter and Pepper laughed at him before Pepper went over and lightly smacked his leg "ok get up you dramatic weirdo" Tony sighed and sat up then stood up from the couch and looked at Peter.
"So, remember when I told you I had something to tell you?" Peter nodded quickly and looked at the two. Tony motioned for Peter to come sit on the couch, which he did. Pepper looked at Peter and back at the couch where she grabbed something from behind it, she placed it on the coffee table in front of Peter. Tony cleared his throat before speaking. "So both if us actually have something to tell you, it was Peppers idea by the way" He smiled while Peter watched them.
Pepper nodded towards the bag "go ahead and open it" She smiled while she watched Peter slowly reach for the bag. Peter opened it while both adults watched him closely, inside was a grey shirt. Pepper spoke again "go ahead and take out and look at at it" Peter looked at them both, they both seemed to be a bit nervous for Peter's reaction to whatever they were giving him, he was a bit nervous now too. He pulled out the shirt from the bag and turned it around.
On the front of the shirt the words 'Big brother' were written in big bold letters. Peter read it out loud "Big brother?" He stared at the shirt for a bit, he heard Pepper and Tony chuckle a bit before it clicked in his head.
"oh my god" He dropped the shirt on his lap and turned to look at the couple "you're having a baby?!" Pepper and Tony nodded smiling "oh my god! Wait big brother- wait-" Pepper laughed again while Tony walked over to Peter placing a hand on his shoulder "kid, we think of you like our own child, we think of you as family and if you want we'd love for you to be like a big brother to our kid" Peter smiled and hugged Tony "of course oh my god!" Tony hugged him back smiling until Peter let go to go hug Pepper.
"I promise you I'll be like, the best big brother ever!" Tony chuckled and wrapped an arm around Peter's shoulders "I don't have any doubts about it kid"
