Chapter 12
Thor walked into the room and Odin followed behind him.
“Loki, come back to Asgard you have caused enough problems just admit you're faking all of this and stop wasting people's time and effort we are not going to believe you and you're not getting away with what you have done” Odin shouted.
“I’m not faking as much as I hate what’s happening to me, I’m not faking it there is no reason I would fake something like this” Loki told Odin.
“Father, he is not faking this banner and the others have seen them and can tell you he's not faking,” Thor tells Odin.
“He has Probably mind controlled all of you to believe him,” Odin tells Thor.
“I don't have the scepter, how do you expect me to mind control them,” Loki asked Odin.
“You could be using your magic,” Odin said, stepping closer to Loki. Suddenly, soldiers started entering the room to take Loki.
“If I may interrupt, I’ve seen these for myself, and they seem real” Bruce informed Odin.
“He could have faked all of it you have known him for a few days I have known him for over 1000 years, and he lies all the time,” Odin tells Bruce.
The shoulders step forward and seize Loki by the arms and start pulling him away.
“Get off me,” Loki said, trying to fight them off.
“Father, stop leave him alone” Thor calls out.
“Thor, for your act against Asgard you are very lucky I’m not banishing you,” Odin told him.
“Father, he will die if you put him back in the dungeons,” Thor tells Odin.
“He will be fine. He will stop faking this because he will have no attention and no one believing him” Odin tells Thor.
Loki was then pulled out of the room, Thor went after him.
“Father, he's not faking this, I know he's not,” Thor said.
“You trust too easily,” Odin tells him.
“The guards even started to believe him, just pretended they didn’t because they wanted him to get hurt” Thor shouts.
“ He must be punished for his crimes” Odin shouts.
“He's been punished enough with having these fits, these could be permanent” Thor shouts.
Thor and Odin were interrupted by the shoulders calling out.
“What is it,” Odin asks.
They pointed to Loki who was laying on the ground and having a seizure, Thor rushed over.
Loki is tensed up, head pulled back painfully. His jaw is clenched tightly, eyes moving rapidly behind his eyelids. A grunt leaves his throat as his body twitches.
“You’re ok,” Thor tells him, rolling him onto his side, Bruce came over and puts a cushion under his head.
“He has all of you wrapped around his finger” Odin announced.
“No he doesn’t he is ill really ill, and he's not faking” Thor shouts.
“Loki no one believes you, stop faking” Odin demands
“Father, he's not faking, how could you possibly think he's faking?” Thor shouts.
“Thor,” Bruce, calls out.
“Yes, banner,” Thor answered.
“His breathing is very slow, and the seizure is showing no sign of slowing I need to get him to the med bay to help him, normally I would say don’t touch him while he’s having a seizure, but it’s an emergency, if we don’t help him he could stop breathing,” Bruce tells him.
“Ok yeah” Thor picks Loki up whose still seizing, and a groan escapes him.
“Everything is fine their, not taking you back,” Thor tells Loki.
“Thor you need to choose him or Asgard if you take him and help him you will not be welcomed back to Asgard it will no longer be your home or lets us take him, and you can come home” Odin warns him.
“Thor it's up to you what you decide but if you want to help him you need to do so quickly if this seizure doesn’t stop soon, and he doesn’t have any help there's a good chance he will stop breathing,” Bruce tells him.
Thor nods and takes Loki into the med room and puts him down. Bruce puts an oxygen mask on Loki and gives him some medicine by injecting him in his right arm.
Loki's neck twitches every few seconds as he keeps grunting. Thor cringes at how painful it looks.
Odin comes in.
“Thor, are you sure you want to go down this route? I will not go back on my word. Both of you will be of earth. I will take your hammer away, and you will never be worthy again” Odin warns him.
Thor looked at Loki, who seemed so young and ill, still seizing on the bed.
“ I am sure I pick him and stay on earth. Alastor knows these are real, and he covered them up in the hope it would kill Loki. If he goes back. Alastor will succeed and kill him. These are real, and he will die if he doesn’t get the help he needs when having one” Thor announced.
“Fine both of you are earth's problem now I didn't want it to go this way, especially ever a frost giant runt whose Just a monster, but if you want to pick a monster over your People and home, then that's your choice,” Odin tells him.
“He is not a monster, and I don't care if he is a frost giant. He is my brother and my family, and I will help him and look after him”. Thor shouts.
“Thor I don't mean to be rude, but you should take this outside I believe Loki can hear it, and it's likely making the seizure worse It's stressing him out,” Bruce tells Thor.
“It's ok banner we're done here” Thor looks back at Odin “I’m sorry, father, but I have decided,” Thor tells him.
“Fine, but don't come to me when you regret it” Odin then went to leave, taking Thor’s hammer with him and ordering his soldiers to leave with him.
“I’m sorry your father is like that and did that,” Bruce says, giving Loki more medicine.
“It's ok banner it's not your fault I never realized how bad he was now I do I was blind and didn't notice for ages, but now I know I don't care about my hammer if it means Loki is dead he's my brother and the only family I have my mother would want me to do this” Thor tells Bruce.
“I’m sorry about your mother,” Bruce said, giving Loki some more medicine.
“Thank you banner we were close but Loki and her were always the closest,” Thor tells him.
Finally, the seizure stopped, and Loki started to wake up a few minutes later.
“Loki, can you hear me”? Thor asked.
No reply
His eyes were dead and dim.
“Loki it's Bruce if you can hear me, you need to take some deep breaths,” Bruce tells him.
Loki's breathing starts to get better.
“Banner, is he ok,” Thor asked.
“Yeah he's fine, it will take quite a while to come around from the seizure this time as it was a bad one, the worst one yet,” Bruce told Thor.
Thor sat down and waited for Loki to become aware.
