My Son

Set just after Ultron, in my mind the events in that movie are to be blamed on three main people. Wanda, for mindfucking Tony and purposefully triggering his mental health issues so he would destroy himself. Tony, for fucking with the scepter when he has been ignoring his mental health for so long. Bruce for going with the flow and not standing his ground when questioning Tony.

Fair warning, I do not like Wanda. I haven't really liked her from the start. (In the comics I mean, not just the mcu) You'll find in many of these ideas she is either ignored or has been given the role of the villain. When it comes to this idea I don't care what you do with her character.

In this story Tony views Jarvis and the bots as his children. The other a.i.s he created, while they have the possibility of gaining a soul, do not have one.

Jarvis and the bots each gain a soul and personality of their own. When they talk amongst each other Jarvis is the only one who sometimes wants a body of his own.

Jarvis may call Tony Sir in front of others or when they banter together but when they are alone or relaxing he calls him dad.

Jarvis dies and Vision is created from his pieces. Vision knows from the vague memories of Jarvis that this death will break Tony more. If there was a way to give Tony his son (Vision's father? He is not sure how this all will work) without causing Vision harm....Vision would do it in a heartbeat.

He has the mindstone in his head, he can sense Wanda's magic swirling around Tony's mind still. It is unsettling to him and it only worsens as he see's the other place all the blame on Tony. Vision decides to tell Tony about the magic in his head. Tony freaks out of course and goes out on a limb, based on his experience with Loki, and figures out a way to reinstall the arc reactor without needing to cut into his new sternum. (Extremis Technopath Tony anyone?)

Vision confirms Tony's theory when he tells him that as soon as the arc reactor was in him again Wanda's magic disintegrated.

You can choose who it is but someone comes to Vision when said andriod is out and about. This person tells him they saw what occurred during the event of Sokovia and can help. Vision is suspicious and asks for specifics. This person states that they can take what remains of Jarvis from him without causing him to change or be harmed and put Jarvis back together again.

When asked what they want in return they smile a wide and dark grin and say; "Only for you, Iron man, and the friends whom were with him from the beginning of his heroism to NOT interfere with what will happen to the Avenger for the next few years."

Contingencies are made in which it is only the Avengers themselves they cannot get involved with. Anyone whom are associated with or are being chased down by the avengers are fair game.

Either Vision tells Tony and his friends of this deal or the being has a magical way to ensure they cannot do anything (without causing them to get into trouble for NOT doing anything)

Either way the deal is done and Jarvis is returned....just not in the way anyone expected.

Jarvis' soul is put back together like a puzzle piece but Tony's blood is taken and a body is made with it. After all Friday is occupying the servers and Tony's son needed somewhere to go right?

Everyone is shocked when this happens but Tony is to happy to really care.

Jarvis's human body is that of a young adult with brown hair and orange eyes. For reference look at "Avenger's Academy" just...give him a smaller forehead and take away the blue lines on his face.

Jarvis is confused but soon both he and Tony are holding each other crying for different reasons. Tony cries because his son is alive. Jarvis cries because he can feel his father's warmth.

Jarvis is a technopath.

Tony, his family and friends all watch the chaos that happens with the Avengers. It seems someone is either pissed at them or something because ALL their dirty secrets are being revealed to the public.

Tony and co are safe from the anger of the people, aside from the usual assholes.

Jarvis learning to be human and enjoy life is something that they all encourage. Although he ends up bringing home strays. It started with a pregnant stray cat, transition into winter assassins (who just wanted to send a letter of apology for shit hydra made him do), and then moved on to some mutants.
At least the tower has plenty of spare floors to use.

Father, son, and family fun are things many of us adore.

Jarvis is best boy and everyone agrees.

That's all I came up with for this idea to be honest.
