Preface
As he looked out the window of the small queens apartment they used as a hideaway he took in the sight in front of him. It was the aftermath of heavy rainfall all night, a light smattering of droplets still dripping down from glistening green leaves. The brilliant sun shining after being drowned out the day before by the thundering clouds as if saying “look I’m back! you can’t get rid of me that easily.”
Harry always said rain was hindrance keeping people from freely going out, but he secretly loved it always had. It gave him a sense of calm listening to the downpour and even more the feeling of the water softly touching your skin.
But he always pretended he was scared because whenever he did Harry would say “why would you be scared? You have me!” And they would cuddle up to each other all night(whenever possible of course).
While he was still in the middle of his mental monologue Harry came back from the kitchen with two steaming cups of hot chocolate, his with tiny marshmallows and Harry’s with a candy cane (ew). He had a certain fondness for the drink hence Harry’s favourite nickname for him “hey coco” Harry said in his deep soothing voice
”hey haz” he smiled while replying. “What are you thinking about?”
“Us. Do you ever think about us?”
“All the time mon Cher. Mainly about you though. Why?” Harry asked looking a little confused at his boyfriends sudden change in tune.
”I- I just what if telling our parents goes wrong!” He said worriedly. Harry knew this topic bothered his boy since the first time they realised that they were serious about each other. He had tried really hard to assuage peters feelings but his anxious little bean just wasn’t calmed. “Times are changing sweetheart omegas are getting more say in their lives, And your fathers a huge advocate for it! I’m sure he’ll be open minded about us” Harry exclaimed trying to cheer his coco bean up.
”haz you don’t know him You don’t know how much he hates oscorp and by relation the Osborn which includes you! He always goes on and on about how horrible you abd your parents are abd it kills me because I really love you and he’s wrong”
“Shhh honey it’ll be fine” Harry said hugging Peter from behind “let’s just cross that bridge when we get to it okay?” “So what like next week?” Peter chuckled
throwing his head back in a laugh he guided Peter on his lap resting his head on top of the smaller omega and said “yea next week.”
