Why Hawkeye deserved to survive Avengers Endgame

Summary
Everyone is entitled to their opinion, I want to make that clear. But since the Black Widow film came out, hell since Avengers Endgame came out, and Natasha Romanoff [Black Widow] lost her life to save the world / return it to normal, the level of HATE that I’ve seen for Clint Barton / Hawkeye [now Ronin?] has been horrific!Natasha was an amazing and complex character, there is no disputing that, she dominated the franchise since her first appearance, and I legitimately cried at her demise. But to say it should have been Clint, and people posting threats to stop watching or making disgusting comments against the writers or Jeremy himself is simply childish. I want to show his qualities and why he deserved to live.
Note
Will give my views on each film, and Hawkeye's part in them.

Praise

Way back when in Avengers [2012] – which was Hawkeye’s official introduction:

Fury: Where’s Agent Barton?
Selvig: The Hawk? [points behind him] Up in his nest as usual.
Fury: [over comms] Agent Barton, report.
[Clint comes down, via rope, with ease]

He states to Fury, “I see better from a distance.” - not an easy skill to have, if you pay attention in the scene to the distance between them, it's quite impressive.

When Loki takes control, Barton is still able enough to see Fury is stalling, shoot him, then drive his “group” away while evading others with efficient skill.

After Loki takes control of Barton and Selvig, Fury want’s to know “How he turned two of the sharpest men I know” into his personal flying monkeys? [It’s been a while since I watched it]
