Summary
It just wasn't something Zemo had planned, being apart of an antiheroes squad the Thunderbolts. Complicated by his relationship with Bucky, Zemo has one goal- gain the trust of the former Captain America as means to and end whatever it takes.

Just a forewarning, I don't know much about the Thunderbolts, so there might be ooc. I plan to use mostly people from the MCU (Again, I haven't watched all of them).
