Chapter 11
Wanda of course was still holding my hand leading me towards the cafeteria, no one was in here except for the staff but we just walked across and went to the vending machine which had one last bottle.
I was glad that I was able to get the last one or else we'll probably have to go to the other building cafeteria. Wanda handed me a dollar and I got thr drink.
We headed back to the elevator and I hated the awkward silence so I spoke up.
"Hey Wanda?" I said breaking the silence.
"Yea?" She replied looking at me.
"What do you like to do on your free time?" I asked.
"I usually spend my time hanging out with my twin brother but I most of time I'm here I just play with my guitar or cook." She said shrugging her shoulders.
"You have a twin?"
"Yeah his name is Pietro, you should meet him sometime."
"I'd love to, okay follow up question, do you sing?"
"A little bit, I guess."
"How about next time you play me something, I would love to hear your play and sing."
"I don't know, I don't think I'm good enough." She hesistantly said.
"Nonesense, I would do anything to hear you sing, or maybe you can makee your favorite recipes."
"Enough about me, how about you. What do you do on your free time?"
"Don't laugh but, I do ballet and karate, I practice every tuesdays and thursdays at 6pm, but on other days I just relax and read."
"Wait, wait, wait, you do ballet?" She looked at me with a raised eyebrow.
"Why do you look suprised."
"I mean you don't look like the type to do ballet, don't get me wrong, I mean your body looks hot and amazing but-"
"You think my body's hot?" I smirked.
"I uh-"She blushed as she tried to form words from her mouth but we heard a ding before she could even protest.
I chuckled and shook my head as we got out and headed to my dorm in silence. Wanda was still flustered but managed to compose herself as we got infront of the door.
I dug in my pockets to find that I left my keys in the room. I mentally slapped myself knowing I'll have to knock and risk me getting embarrassed by Yelena.
I knocked at the door, and of course it opened, there Yelena is standing and shaking her head.
"You forgot your wallet and keys, didn't you." She laughed as she showed them to me.
"Yeah I did, now give it to me."
"Oh hey Wanda." Yelena waved at the person behind me.
"Hi Yelena."
"Thanks for the dollar Wanda, and here's our deal."
I handed her the dollar but she reluctantly took, causing Yelena to give us a confused look.
"What do mean a deal?" Yelena asked.
"Well since I forgot my wallet, Wanda made me take her deal that I'll use her dollar and pay her back when we got here."
"What she said." Wanda laughed.
"And here's your sprite, next time you buy it."
"Yes! you're the best, thanks." Yelena said as she scurried back inside.
"Jeez, sometimes she acts like a little sister." I chuckled
"Well, I better get going now." Wanda said.
We said our goodbyes, and as I was about to open the door, I heard her call me.
"Oh yeah I forgot, hey Natasha?"
"Yes Wanda?"
"Can I have your number?"
"Sure, here give me your phone."
I happily took her phone and type my number. She gladly took back her phone and kissed my cheek then walked away.
I stood there for a whole minute processing what just happened, then I heard Yelena said something.
"Huh?" I looked at her still flustered and confused to what she said.
"I said are you just gonna stand there and smile like a dumbass or am I gonna lock you out here."
I rolled my eyes at her and went inside. I sat down on my bed, and felt my phone buzz in my pockets. I checked who texted me, only to see that it was Wanda.
Wanda: hey :)
Natasha: what's up? :)
Wanda: oh nothing just checking to see how you're doing
Natasha: we literally saw each other minutes ago, you miss me already? ;)
I can tell that I made her flustered since she took a good whole minute to reply.
Wanda: I got to go my roommate just arrived :) ttyl <3
Natasha: you too :)
I unknowingly smiled, I already know what's gonna happen next.
"Is that Wanda you're texting?" Yelena asked smirking at me.
"What? No." I unconvincingly said.
"Uhuh keep telling yourself that." She said clearly not buying it.
"Okay fine, it's Wanda." I gave up knowing I can't really lie to her at this state.
"AHA! I knew it!" She exclaimed.
"SOMEONES GOT A CRUSH. SOMEONES GOT A CRUSH."She exclaimed not caring about the next door students.
"Can you keep it down, you're really giving me a headache with all this yelling."
"For someone who can lie so well but you can't even hide the fact that you have a crush on her is so ironic."
"Fine, fine, you win. Happy?" I gave up, not standing her taunts at the moment.
"Oh very." She grinned so wide I swore it looked creepy.
"What times dinner?"
"I don't know, I'll text Pepper and ask her."
"Since when did she gave you her number?" I laughed giving her a quizzical look.
"While we were eating, you were clearly zoning out, while me and Pepper were talking, then I asked for her number." She said, I gave her a look like she's hiding something from me.
"Wait no, no before you say anything, no I don't like "like" Pepper that way. She has a boyfriend and Im ace/aro." She quickly dismissed.
"I wasn't even gonna say anything." I laughed.
"I know, but you were going to."
"You said you're ace/aro, when did you find out?"
"I found when I dated this one girl, Kate Bishop, I just felt no attraction so I broke it off, she took it well and she's now dating someone else but we're still friends."
"Thanks for telling me."
"I trust you enough."
I glanced back at my phone and texted Wanda.
Natasha: hey wanda, do you want to come with us later at dinner? :)
Wanda: sorry tasha, I can't my roommate already asked me to go with her :(
She called me Tasha. SHE CALLED ME TASHA. Okay calm down, calm down and reply to her.
Natasha: oh that's fine, maybe next time? :)
Wanda: Sure, I'd love to :)
Natasha: tasha?
Wanda: sorry it just slipped :/
Natasha: we're typing wanda
Natasha: don't worry I like it ;)
*Wanda changed your name to Tasha<3*
Wanda: that's better :P
Tasha<3: wait let me change yours :))
*Tasha<3 changed your name to Malysh<3*
Malysh<3: malysh? what does that mean?
Tasha<3: you'll find out soon enough.
"Natasha... NATASHA!"
I looked up confused to what Yelena is yelling about.
"What?"
"Pepper said that we'll be going down first at 6"
"Okay, but do you really have to yell?"
"Yes." She laughed.
"God, you're such a child."
I texted Wanda back, so I can rest for a little bit since it was 5:30. So I have 30 minutes to have a nap and get ready.
