Chapter 16
Natasha's pov
We finally arrived to Germany where we should be, there are many people kneeling and there's a man standing in front of the kneeling people, he has a weird spear, he looks really dangerous, I looked at Steve and nodded at him, he nodded back and jumped from the quinjet.
There was also another old man standing, it looks like he was talking with loki, Loki was about to kill him but thankfully Steve threw his shield at loki and Loki fell, the people start to panic and run away while Steve and Loki start fighting, suddenly, appeared on the screen a 'welcome iron man' message and the music start to play from the quinjet's speakers, then came iron man flying from the sky and shot Loki with repulsor then he stood next to Steve, small nukes came out from iron man's shoulder and other weapons, and all of them were pointed at Loki.
It looks like it will end easier than expected, I landed the quinjet for them to get in, Steve and Loki got in and behind them was iron man.
"Hello there agent Romanoff"
"Tin can, I mean iron man" I Jocked and chuckled.
"Are all the people in the earth has weird names? it's like who call his daughter agent, why is there a robot and the people call him iron man?" said Loki, I just rolled my eyes.
"Frist of all, shut the hell up reindeer games, secondly her name is Natasha, thirdly I am a man in a suit of armour and no it's not iron it's..."
"What's your real name son, what should we call you" asked Steve cutting iron man off, I start to fly the quinjet while they continued, I looked at them through the mirror to see iron man's reaction to the old man Steve calling him 'son'.
"Uhhh, ummmm, iron man I think? And please, don't call me that again, I mean, I know that you're oldie and all but... I'm not that young" said iron man, Tony never answered this question before, whenever I asked him about iron man's real name or what I can call him, he said 'I don't know his secret identity he never told me anything and I also don't know what you can call him, call him whatever you want Romanoff'
"Are you planning to get this suit off, we aren't going to eat you "said Loki, I know very well what he is trying to do.
"That's none of your business, can't you just shut the fuck up, urghh, you're so talkative!"
"Language!" we all looked at Steve and raised our eyebrows.
Suddenly it start raining and we all could hear the loud thud of the thunder.
"What, you scared from the thunder"said iron man
"No, I'm scared from what comes after it" suddenly we saw some figure on the quinjet, we couldn't really see what that thing or person looks like because of the heavy rain and thunder.
The man suddenly broke in to the quinjet, iron man was about to punch him but the guy punched him strong enough to make him hit the chair next to me, I just looked at him, I can't fight with them because I'm driving the quinjet and I can't make the auto pilot since it's heavily raining and anything can happen, when I looked behind me I saw Steve trying to fight but he took Loki and jump off the plan.
"Wait, we need a plan!" Steve called after iron man who was about to follow the new guy and Loki
"I have a plan, attack"
Then iron man jumped from the quinjet trying to return Loki.
Steve took a parachute and followed them, shit I wispered, what am I supposed to do, if they couldn't return Loki with them then we did all of that for nothing, I have to do something.
I fly the quinjet to the direction they jumped to, trying to find them, I could hear the fighting from here, that means I'm close to where they are,I got closer to where they are and the voice became more clear but suddenly a weird force appears and pushed the quinjet away, what the hell is happening?!
After I tried again to fly to their direction I found them standing with the weird man, he is blonde tall and mascular guy, I mean he's way bigger than a normal human and he's wearing some weird clothes, he can fly and has a strange hammer, I don't think that he is from here.
After I land the quinjet they all got in again, finally we start to go to our destination, the shield helicarrier, iron man came and took the co-pilot seat next to me.
"What happened, who is this?"I asked iron Man, referring to the new guy.
"No one, he's just Loki's brother, he of course isn't from here, from somewhere...some planet called Asgard, and the most important part is that he stole his mother's drapes, that's so rude man" I just rolled my eyes, I can't even compare him with Tony, but there is something that make me look at him everytime, his voice is exactly like Tony's, but as I said before, I will find his identity soon.

Finally we arrived at shield's helicarrier ,they took Loki while Thor went to talk to fury, iron man told me that he will go and get Tony, so I walked to the control room to find Howard stark looking at Thor.
"...I mean how does it looks like in your planet"
"You are so small in here mortals, the people in my planet aren't that small, they are also so strong, we call our planet Asgard"
"I am Howard stark, welcome to earth pal, I wanted to say that I'm here you will find what you never seen before but... Yeah you know" Howard said smiling at Loki's brother, Thor, and he shake his hand.
"I'm Thor son of Odin"
10 minutes later, I found Steve peek at Peggy with sad eyes, Bruce Banner is already here, they are talking about Loki, the tesseract and those things until I heard...
"...Agent Romanoff, you miss me?" when I looked behind me I found the one and only Tony Parker, tears start to form in my eyes, a wave of emotions washed over me, I don't really know which is the best thing to do right now, to take my knife out and stap him for leaving me... Which isn't really the best thing to do... Or to act cool and pretend that nothing is wrong with me...
they continued talking while I was staring at Tony the whole time, his eyes are sparking and he is wearing the shield suit which perfectly fit him.
I took my knife out and walked slowly toward him, he looked away from Bruce and then he looked at me, he looked at my hand and his eyes winded.
"So, you finally appeared from where you were after all this time, Parker?" I said as I give him a death glare, he gulped and took a step backward.
"Tasha, you're not going to stab me with that dagger... Right?" He waited for an answer but I ignored him. "R-right?"
Steve was looking at me and and with confusion but then his eyes winded, it looks like he realized that this is the Tony I was talking about, I mean will you believe me if I told you that this man is my former assistant?
"Romanoff, don't kill him yet, we still need him" said fury from where he was standing and I ignored him, I walked toward Tony with the 'you gonna die' stare and he tried his best to leave as much distance between us as possible.
"That's for leaving me when I needed you!" I shouted and I ran toward him, he screamed and ran away, and I start chasing him with a dagger in my hand. Everyone looked at us not knowing what to do.
"NATASHA LEMME EXPLAIN, I DIDN'T WANT TO DO THIS IS SWEAR-"
I shot my widow bites at his legs which made him fall to the ground, I approached him and looked down at him.
"Give me one good reason to not kill you right now" I said as I kneeled and pointed my dagger at him, he didn't even try to stop me.
"A 10 years old kid called Peter" he said in Russian and my eyes winded, we that's a good reason, but deep inside, since I first ever met Peter, I wanted to be a mother.
"You know, i don't think I will be a bad mother afterall" I replied in Russian, he just sighed and looked away then back at me.
"Yeah I know, you are right Nat, and I won't stop you" he said and then he closed his eyes, I sighed and put my dagger back from where I got it and stood up, I give him my hand for him to stand up, he took it but unfortunately, instead of him getting up from where he's laying on the floor, I fell on him because he pulled too strong.
I looked at him with wide eyes and my face turned all red, his eyes also winded and I could see the blush on his face. I got up fast and walked away from him, Howard smirked at me and looked down at his phone. I narrowed my eyes at him but before I say anything, furry spoke.
"...doctor banner, would you take Parker and Romanoff to the lab with you please?"
"I will come with you "said Howard walking in the same direction that Bruce just walked from then Tony and I followed them.
"So how is Peter?" I asked him right after I stepped on his shoes for what he did to me in there, and he winced in pain.
"Oh he is fine, kids grow up so fast he is ten years old now" I just smiled, then the smile disappeared fast.
"How is your promotion, I hope you like it, I thought that you would be the last one to leave me but it seems like I was wrong"
"Frist of all, it's not a promotion, Howard stark told me that I have to work with him because he want to be always on connection with iron man and he can also make me as an agent because I would be a good one and something like I will be the right hand to the next director of shield which no one know who the hell he is, I didn't want to leave you, your father asked me to choose one, be fired or quit, and I just couldn't get myself to do anything and I left before I answer him. I tried to call you but you never answer"
My eyes winded, all that time and I thought that he left me and broke my heart, he didn't want to, all of that because of iron man, they needed someone to connect him so they took Tony, and of course being the only connection to iron man can't be his only job so they make him as an agent and if as he said they will make him the right hand to the next shield director which no one know anything about... Wait, does he mean Howard and Peggy's long lost son?
"why didn't they just connect iron man by themselves, I mean why it has to be you who connect iron man not anyone else?" His face turned white, that's exactly what I want to do, he know iron man's identity but he doesn't want to tell anyone, or maybe... he is iron man himself.
"Because I'm the only one he trust to connect, so no one will track him, other than that don't ask me why, I don't know"
"Плохой лжец" (bad liar) I said
"Я не вру, это не моя проблема, что он мне ничего не говорит " (I'm not lying, it's not my problem that he doesn't tell me anything).
We stared at each others for few minutes,but Bruce cut us off.
"Hey guys, I don't want to interrupt the beautiful renuin but you getting in?"
We broke the eye contact and nodded then walked in.
ten minutes later, iron man walked in, and that was weird, where was he all that time?
"Hey, fury told me to come here and help you"
"Yeah of course you can help me in this but ummm don't you think that you have to get off your armour so it will be easier for you to work ?" Said Bruce confused.
"Aaaand no, I don't think so, thanks"
he said then he looked at what burce was working on, we just continued working and didn't do anything else, after time iron man and Bruce were working together as a partners while Tony was eating blueberries and he didn't really gave much attention to what he is doing, he was wearing some weird glasses, I think this is what he is really paying attention to.
While Bruce and iron man were working, Tony noticed that I was staring at him, he decided to join iron man and he took some device from the table and he electrotuced bruse, and suddenly Steve walked in.
"Hey why did you do that, you could have hurt him!!"
"Calm down cap, I was just joking, there is nothing turned into green, he didn't Hulk out" replied tony as he looked at Bruce's eyes and neck.
"What if he did, what would you do, he may kill all the people in here, that's recless move from you Parker, is everything a joke for you"
"Frist of all, it was just a joke you are the one who take everything so seriously, and I am working, I am trying to find shield's dirty secrets, they are using the tesseract to make a dangerous weapon, and I don't care what you say I have important work to do"
Before Steve could say anything iron man went to the screen he was working on and continued working, Steve glared at iron man and then at Tony and the rest of us and then he walked out, Howard looked at Tony with some worry in his eyes.
"Uhhh, did you just say that you are hacking shield ?" Asked Howard.
"Yeah, I do and I will show everyone your dirty work soon don't worry"
"What dirty work are you talking about we didn't do anything bad, we are just helping the people and..."
"Okay okay can we just continue work, I think I have a headache?" Said Bruce with his hand on his forehead ,after that we continued work normally, but Howard didn't take his eyes off Tony and iron man. Without tony noticing, I took the blueberries he was eating, few minutes later he noticed that his blueberries were missing, he looked around to find it with me, he smiled and looked back at his screen.
There is a lot of things that I have to do now, know who is Iron man, know what Tony means by dirty work and I have to know who is the next director of shield.
2 updates in the same week! I didn't see that coming. Hope you guys enjoyed the chapter!
P.s. this year of school will be really hard and long, and I don't know if my mom will even let me keep my phone. Anyway I won't have much time, so I won't update much, BUT I WILL TRY TO UPDATE BEFORE SCHOOL STARTS!
