Summary
Spidey and Deadpool meet up to fight some crime but sometimes even Peter Parker needs a break.

Spider-Man sat on the edge of the rooftop, looking out into the city. Covered in the shadows of the night, his eyes squinted behind white mask lenses. On instinct, he spun around, shooting out a web and yanking the other person closer. He kicked them in the stomach, knocking the wind out of them before webbing them to the roof. Breathing heavily, Deadpool's own masked eyes widened. "Well hello to you too Spidey." Spider-Man sighed and carefully removed the webs before going back to his spot. "See any crime that needs stopping oh great hero?" "No, and stop calling me that." "Fine." They sat in silence for a few minutes, before finally Deadpool reached into one of his pouches and pulled out a deck of cards. "Wanna play?" Spidey smiled. "Hell yeah!"

A few hours, multiple foiled muggings, and many card games later, the two were sitting watching the sunrise. Spidey had his mask rolled up half way from when they had eaten a little while before, and he finally allowed himself the yawn he had been holding back. Deadpool froze, eyes wide, before laughing. "What are you laughing about? Me being tired is not funny." "No, but that yawn was actually super cute." "...shut up." "Never." Spider-Man scooted closer, leaning his head against Deadpool's shoulder. They both smiled. "Go to sleep Spidey, I'll be right here to keep you safe." The hero yawned again, the yawn turning into little snores. Wade smiled even bigger as he picked up Peter to take him home. He loved Peter, and he always would, no matter what.
