As corny as it is, Steve carries his bride over the threshold to their hotel suite. The look that the concierge gave them at check in forgotten as he’s too busy kissing his wife and listening to her laughter as she tries to talk and kiss him at the same time.
“I love you so much, Peg.” He says running his hand through her hair and smiling at the lovely silver streak as it fell into her eyes.
“I love you more,” Peggy sighed getting up and heading to the bathroom, shedding the jacket to her pale pink wedding ensemble as she goes. “Now, let’s get this honeymoon started, you pour us some champagne and I’ll change.”
