chapter one | arrival
the avengers were hanging out in the compound when they saw a bright light and realised it was coming towards them. they couldn't do anything as the light consumed them.
slowly everyone woke up again and noticed that they weren't alone in this weird room.
besides themselves they noticed there was a dark skinned man, besides him a dude with a metal arm?? a man in a flannel with brown hair, a kid that couldn't be older than 14 ???
,,reindeer games? what the hell are you doing here??'' exclaimed tony.
everyone started to talk at the same time, which made the whole room go into chaos. until a new voice could be heard through the speakers in the cinema.
,,EVERYONE SHUT UP.''
that made them shut their mouths and also be very confused.
the voice started talking again after a while.
,,okay, sorry about that i just needed you all to be quite and listen to me. i brought you all to this cinema to watch scenes from your lives so can understand each other better. hopefully this will make you guys actually talk out things.''
after they stopped talking, silence followed. no one really knew what to say to that. how do you react to someone telling you that?
steve was the first one to break out of the shock and speak up.
,,what do you mean? do we not trust eachother?'' he asked.
,,well you'll probably see it later on, but you get into disagreements which you don't talk about and instead turn on each other . some of you are on the run after that, being seen as rouges.''
silence again. the og avengers plus wanda and vision looked at eachother frowning. they would turn on each other? natasha and the others wondered what would have to occur for that to happen.
wanda could feel some guilt from the metal armed man. she wondered if he was involved in whatever happened. the others next to him looked very uncomfortable. huh.
,,yes okay nice. uhhh now i think you should all say your name and which year you're from because i just realised some of you haven't meet yet.'' the voice said.
peter started realising that me stark didn't know him yet. this realization made him want to cry, after his death things have been really fucking hard. losing his father figure for the third time.
,,okay i'll go first. i'm tony stark, which you all probably know already. i'm from the year 2014.''
,,uh i'm bruce banner. year 2014.''
,,clint barton, hawkeye. 2014''
,,steve rogers, captain america. from the year 2014.''
,,thor odinson, year 2014''
,,black widow, 2014'' she wasn't giving away that much to the strangers in the room.
''wanda maximoff, also from the yesr 2014.''
,,vision. from 2014.''
next were the people they didn't really recognize. steve thought the man with the metal arm was familiar but the couldn't see his face partially because of the light and he was not looking at them. weird.
,,uh i'm peter parker, spider-man and i'm from the year uh 2024..'' the teenager said.
this made some of them wonder if they know this boy and what happened in the future.
the dark skinned man spoke up next . ,,sam wilson, the falcon/ captain america. year 2024.''
,,wait captain america? what happens with steve?'' asked clint.
,,well i'm just gonna say he kinda retired?'' the voice said. huh okay then.
the only person left was the man with the really cool looking metal arm, in tony's opinion.
,,uh bucky barnes from 2024.''
,,wait, THE bucky barnes? from the howling commandos? the one that died? what the hell?''
that came from clint, again.
steve was just looking at his best friend he believed to be dead. he wondered what happened for him to be alive.
,,bucky? how- how are you alive?'' he asked.
the man in question just said ,,well um it's kinda a long story.i believe this person who brought us here will probably show us in time, right?''
,,correct, bucky! you're my favorite. sorry guys. oops.''
bucky was amused by that, clint had a betrayed look on his face and whined . natasha just hit him on the head. ,,stop acting like a child, dumbass'' clint just pouted at that.
the others started laughing at the interaction.
not long after multiple couches and chairs appeared. on them were pillows and soft looking blankets.
,,before i play the first clip you should all get comfortable on the couches i brought here!''
after they got seated and were comfortable,the big screen opened and the first clip started.
