[the tiktok opens to show peter’s face as he records selfie style and he starts speaking immediately. “i can’t remember how to write 1, 1000, 51, 6, and 500 in roman numerals.” as he says the numbers out loud, they appear on the video one under the other in a vertical line, written in white font.
the teen zooms even closer on his face, without cut, and stares right into the camera. “i’m livid.” he says loudly, pronouncing the words as a whole, yet accenting every letter in itself. and right next to the numbers on the video, the letters I M LIVID appear as well, though this time it’s red font and they’re written in a horizontal line, spreading across the boy’s entire face.
“for god’s sake, peter…” sounds from the left, though not far from the phone, and it’s followed by a sigh. at that moment all the added text disappears from the video.
the teen quickly switches to the back camera and records stephen strange, sitting on the couch wearing a t-shirt and cardigan, and reading a book. while the camera slowly zooms in on the doctor’s face, tony stark is also visible in the frame, laying down on that same couch, with his head resting in stephen’s lap while he works on something on the starkpad held in both his hands. the billionaire is wearing a black henley looking as soft as strange’s cardigan, which gives the scene a very cosy feeling.
“please go to your room, i cannot take another pun.” doctor strange finishes without once taking his eyes off the book in front of him.
“awh, honey.” tony lays the starkpad down on his chest as he looks up at the man. “don’t pun-ish him.” he says, amusement in his voice as he makes sure to emphasize the second word correctly.
when stephen slowly tears his eyes away from his book and simply looks down at tony, the engineer turns to peter and winks at him with a smile, then looking back up at stephen again. “…you’re sleeping on the couch tonight.” announces the doctor, with a tone of finality rather than tiredness anymore.
tony’s face changes quickly upon hearing that. at first into shock, and then it starts forming into either betrayal or negation but just as he opens his mouth to - surely - argue, the tiktok ends.]
