The Anti-Monitor, who appears monstrous, barely resembles the Monitor, who bears a physically near-human appearance. The Anti-Monitor has empty, sometimes luminous eye sockets, and a wide, wrinkled mouth, often mistaken for a mass of teeth.
But he had burns everywhere, yet he still held an insane grin on his face. Vegetto smirked at him before powering down to his base form.
He closed his eyes powering up a white light enveloping him.
This form is essentially identical to the initial state of Ultra Instinct Sign, albeit with the user's hair becoming silver in color. The hairstyle is slightly wilder and more solid than normal, having no loose strands. The eyes take on a more stern, defined shape, sporting silver-colored irises, and visible pupils. Also, the user generally has a focused but calm expression.
He flew towards Anti Monitor poised for a dropkick only to get blasted with an antimatter wave that seemed to have hit him. Vegetto appeared before Anti Monitor dropkicking him in the gut making him double over before following with two punches and a roundhouse kick. He then proceeded to deliver a barrage of punches which seemed to affect Anti Monitor, only to get one of his fists grabbed and get a powerful punch to the gut. He continued with a headbutt to its face before following with a knee to the gut making Vegetto spit blood. He charged an antimatter energy ball on his hand ready to blast Vegetto with it, only for Vegetto to open his eyes and utter one word while aiming his free hand towards him.
" Hakai!"
The Anti Monitor got struck with destructive purple energy which brought him screaming in pain. Vegetto took advantage of that to deliver a dropkick to the face following with a Kamehameha.
" Ka - me - ha - me - ha! "
The energy struck him in the face earning him a scream of pain, but he fought through the pain before unleashing his antimatter energy blast which Vegetto dodged. He got struck with two punches to the gut from Spirit of Fire and Thanos, followed by a torrent of fire and an energy blast. He tried to retaliate, only to find himself trapped in a black hole and his hands bonded with energy ropes courtesy to Aizen and Alien X before being struck with Truth-Seeking Ball Rasengan.
The Anti Monitor flared his aura trying to get out of there, only for Thanos and Alien X to unleash gravity on him while Spirit of Fire and Aizen unleashed golden-red flames and purple fire at Anti Monitor which grunted in pain before flaring his purple aura destroying the black hole and sending the 5 Paragons flying thanks to the shockwave that followed. Vegetto appeared before him with his hand outstretched, but this time the Anti Monitor was ready.
" Hakai! "
" The same thing won't get me a third time! "
Both energy blasts hit each other, only for both energies to dispel each other after a short struggle since both were destructive.
" To think that you could make me struggle like this. But I already anticipated this. "
The Anti Monitor waved his hand which made a portal open up and 5 familiar stones flew into his hand shocking Thanos since he recognized them.
" These are the Infinity Stones, but unlike the ones that you have, Thanos, these are sentient and come from a version of you that killed half of the universe for the sake of courting The Death by offering all those souls to her. "
He proceeds to absorb the energy of the stones which in turn has him gain multicolored energy around him. Vegetto decided to also do the same thing, but with the help of the other Paragons.
" Please, guys, lend me your divine energy so I can fight him toe to toe with him. I have a technique that I can use to release any energy stolen by him, including those stones, but I need to get closer to him to use it. "
The Paragons looked at each other before nodding and sending the divine energy into Vegetto. In his Perfected Ultra Instinct state, Vegetto created a giant battle avatar of himself made from energy which was the same size as Anti Monitor. It was now or never.
Both opponents seized each other. There was the only one who will be alive by the end of the fight and that was the one who took a devastating strike that would end either one of them.
Both opponents charged towards each other grabbing each other hands grappling for the sake of striking first. Vegetto jumped backward with his avatar of energy copying him dragging Anti Monitor with Him. Vegetto went for a dropkick, only for him to jump and deliver a knee to the avatar of energy gut making Vegetto gasp in pain. But he fought through the pain and threw a kick towards him which he dodged. The Anti Monitor charged towards him with a barrage of punches which connected with Vegetto avatar of energy, making grunt in pain at feeling every hit because of the connection to the avatar.
The Anti Monitor unleashed a point-blank antimatter energy blast which Vegetto dodged by teleporting to his left and swiping his legs out with his right leg before going for a punch. He jumped backward, only for Vegetto to appear before him trying to knee him. The attempt failed as he grabbed his knee which he started to squeeze hard, but Vegetto would not stop as he continued with a punch that was stopped by his knee. Both went for a punch to the gut which sent waves of pain over their bodies. Suddenly, the Infinity Stones came out of the Anti Monitor body courtesy of Forced Spirit Fission which allowed Vegetto to separate and manipulate energy from their target, granting them the ability to do things such as undo Fusion or Absorption techniques and free trapped souls. He then flew from his avatar keeping a hand towards him uttering a word that would spell his destruction.
" Hakai! "
This time, the purple energy that enveloped The Anti Monitor, started destroying his very being, but he was laughing madly despite the pain he was into.
" Even if you destroy me, there would always be an antithesis that is going to try to destroy the multiverse! It's all part of the balance of every universe! "
These were his last words, as he turned to dust.
