Summary
Loki is 15 years old, well, 15 midgardian years old, when he falls. He gets plunged into the void, darkness. The place that none have managed to escape, and all who enter, are never seen again. The truth was, he was so...distraught, and so, simply done with life and all it had to offer, tired of the constant torment from his brother, and his brother's friends, as well as the other Asgardians, he just had to leave, so he did. However, things take a rather drastic turn when, instead of dying as he had thought, he ends up in a new world, a world between worlds, a world none knows about, and then also caught up in their version of war, and another dark artifact, with a dark sorcerer. Can he help, but more than that, is he willing to?

Chapter 4

Loki was sitting alone next to a stream, hand in the water, breathing deeply, meditating. He was suddenly ripped from his meditation with the light footfalls. Snatching his hand from the water, he looked up to see the blond haired elf that had gotten into a fight with that Gimli dwarf.

"You were incredible at the council." He was told. Loki blinked blankly up at the other. "If you had not interfered, there would have been utter chaos and we would have likely started fighting between ourselves." Loki nodded.

"My pleasure. Never much liked fighting either."

"Neither have I." The blond looked at Loki curiously. "I am Legolas."

"Loki."
"It is an honor to meet you, Loki." Loki sighed.

"What is it that you wished to ask me?" He asked rather bluntly. Legolas was slightly taken aback, but did not let that stop him, and Loki was not in the mood to beat around the bush as he normally did.

"I wanted you to accompany us on our journey." Loki jerked his eyes up at Legolas, blue clashing with blue suddenly and violently.
"You wish for me to ajourn with you? Whatever shall your companions think?"
"We talked it over earlier actually." Legolas said simply. "It was decided."
"Did any oppose this proposition."

"Boromir." Loki scoffed, this was not a surprise. "He thinks you too young to be dragged into this war."

"Too....young???" Loki sputtered. "I am not a mere child!" He said, standing eyes flashing.
"So I told him. Either way, it was agreed that you should join us. If nothing more than to entertain us. We are all curious about you." Loki hummed.

"I suppose, that I could. It is not as though I have anywhere else to be." Loki said under his breath. Legolas clearly heard it, and smiled bitterly.

"I fear that many of us can say the same." Loki looked at Legolas. "We leave tomorrow morning. Hopefully you shall be ready by then?"

"Of course." Loki said simply. Legolas bowed, and left. Loki sighed, sitting back on the ground and breathing.

Well.

This was going to be an interesting experience.
