Quick summary of the idea behind this art:
Mobius was tiered by all shit in TVA and was curious why Loki was obsessed with the Tesseract. So on his search of his Loki, he decided to access one of many cubes.
But he didn't expect that he was only human, and he wasn't capable of controlling it as he thought. And over time, Tesseract won over his mind and projected and promised power and help. So he can find his Loki.
However, when he finally manages to achieve his goal (meeting with Loki in one of the timelines where Loki settled in in Asgard), he understands that he isn't the same as before. Also, he warned Loki not even to steal his infinity stone.
Cause in the worst-case scenario, he would fight him. And that Loki, even with his magic, will lose. Cause he has grown over his journey, he has learned to play really heavy keys, too.
Meanwhile, Loki will be simply devastated to see his only best friend and simply dear to heart person like this.
Moreover, he will draw clear comparisons to himself from days back. And that will cause him more pain because this time, he will be the one to help Mobius understand himself and his action and to bring him to the right mental state.
