Sansa Stark
Sansa Stark was summoned to the throne room as usual. Her brother had to win again. She knew what that meant. Joffrey will beat her up as a traitor from the North. She walked slowly, accompanied by a guard. She had navy a blue dress. But when she walked into the throne room ... Joffrey's head was separate from his body. His expression was blank. His green eyes. There was no cruelty in them. There was a void. The void left by the Stranger. She couldn't show anything. Joy and relief that filled her veins like living water. He was dead. The monster was dead. Cersei's body was nearby. She was stabbed in the chest. Someone murdered two monsters that destroyed her life. Why? The court was silent. Lords and ladies looked at her. Who? Was she going to be judged for it? Why would she murder Joffrey and Cersei? Why didn't anyone care? What happened? There was no army. She couldn't be judged for it. Nobody would believe she killed them. She was weak. She was a lady. She had to arm herself with all of this. Lord Varys, Lord Baelish, and Lord Tyrion stood together. Everyone seemed to be shocked. Though they hid it well, Sansa needed to see the slightest expression to survive(of face of Cersei and Joffrey), and she saw it in them. She wasn't surprised by them. The King and his mother were dead. She felt like this was only dream. Not true. But it was true.
Sansa looked to where the enormous the Iron Throne should be.
It wasn't iron anymore.
It was smaller. Very! She opened her mouth, but closed it immediately.
The throne was golden.
There are snakes carved into the armrests.
A man sat on the throne.
She thought she had seen beautiful men before.
Ser Loras or Joffrey.
However, this man ...
There was no man who could match his beauty.
A black hair. A face like from a song about brave kings. A green cape, a strange helmet with horns and the most beautiful armor she has ever seen.
He smiled at her.
It was a strange smile.
It wasn't the Cersei and Joffrey smile when they were mocking at her. Although it seemed so. But there was something else to it. It wasn't a mockery. However, Sansa did not know what it was.
"Introduce yourself, my lady," the man replied gracefully.
"I am Lady Sansa Stark, daughter of the traitor Eddard Stark," Sansa said quietly, eyeing the new king carefully, remembering the bodies on the floor that had not been taken of throne room.
"You are very sweet. Don't lie to me. I heard in your voice don't consider your father a traitor" the man replied. Sansa flinched. Then the man assumed a softer face and left the throne.
"You have to forgive me. I'm not to used to complimenting beautiful ladies, but lying to me is really pointless," replied the man. He was close to her. Still, he didn't come close. Sansa was still waiting for a blow or a mockery.
"Why?" Sansa asked. Stupidity! She was stupid dove. He could beat her up for questioning him!
"You cannot lie to the God of Lies," he replied. Sansa stared at him.
"Forgive me, but not have this kind of god among the seven, and you are ..." Sansa said, trying to be very gentle so as not to offend the man who was now a law in King's Landing.
“I am Loki from Asgard. God of Lies or Mischief if you prefer. Eternal nuisance of my golden brother Thor. I know I was not known here. Now I have taken over this unfortunate kingdom. I am a god and I have a right to it, ” King Loki replied. Weird name. So unlike a man. Too soft. Thor sounded better. Just like Eddard. Strong northern name. However, Loki's name did not even fit the southern court.
"Are you really god, Your Grace?" she asked.
"He killed the Mountain in three seconds, and if that do not to proving he is god, I don't know what else," Lord Tyrion said. Sansa looked at the new king again. Slim and tall, but nothing compared to the Mountain! If it were true ... This man could break her more than Joffrey! Joffrey was a monster, but he didn't have that strength! The new king's eyes regarded her more closely. Sansa wanted to hide immediately.
“Everyone's leaving. Gossip, conspire, fear the unknown god. You can only do that anyway, right? Lady Sansa is staying" replied the King. Sansa had never seen everyone leave a room so quickly.
He walked over to her very slowly and took her hand gently. He did it very carefully, as if afraid of breaking it. Did he really kill the Mountain? They were left alone. At least he would have beaten her up alone. No mockery at court. But he could have killed her. Suddenly his helmet and armor were gone. Only the green outfit with a gold ring on the chest remained. His golden armlets were adorned with wolves. Wolf. The seal of her house. She didn't know what that meant. It was impossible. It's an Essos trick. Nothing more. It couldn't be real. He lied. He was not a god. Gods aren't like that.
"Do you want to go back to your brother?" he asked.
"What?" she managed to choke out. This couldn't be true.
"I asked if you wanted to come back to him. I will take you" he replied.
"Please, Your Grace, don't mock me" Sansa said.
"I'm not mocking you. I'll take you to your brother," he said confidently. She had seen it already. In her father. It was impossible. This man was not like her father. He was definitely like the next Lannister.
"You wouldn't let me go. I'm a precious hostage," Sansa was saying.
"Was that what you were told? Well, I only see a little girl who should continue to play at home and not yet learn the cruelty of life. Unfortunately, however, life is not fair. Even for the gods," he said. What does it mean? Even for the gods?
"You're not taking me to Robb. Why are you telling me this? Why are you hurting me?" she asked. She knew why. He certainly enjoyed it. But, oddly enough, she saw concern in his eyes.
"I wish my mother was here. Of course, you must be a fool to trust to God of Lies. But I assure you that my intentions are sincere," he replied.
Sansa was silent.
"Trust me for a second and you won't regret it" there was such a desire in his eyes for her to trust him. He held out his hand to her and she took it. Suddenly she felt as if her body was sinking and burning at the same time. However, it was only a second. The throne room has disappeared.
Suddenly, Sansa was in a military camp.
Men started screaming.
It was a chaos.
Sansa stood there in shock.
Her mother and her brother fell out of the tent.
Suddenly, two pairs of arms hugged her, and she heard their voices.
Loki wasn't here with her. She was alone.
God of Lies.
She was praying.
Every day.
None of the gods ever listened to her.
Until he did it.
He was really a god.
And she didn't know if she felt more grateful or scared.
