i wonder what it's like to be loved by you

Eddie’s stuck on his couch–not that he minds.

You’ve made a home on his lap, hands on either side of his face. You’ve been kissing him for…well, Eddie isn’t entirely sure how long it’s been. You’ve kissed every inch of skin available to you–even nudged under the neck of his shirt.

He knows his neck is flushed–has to be.

He’s ignoring it. The same way he’s ignoring the way his stomach keeps flipping.

“Sometimes,” you murmur, pulling away for a moment. “I just can’t stop kissing your stupid face.”

Eddie chuckles, leans down a bit to capture your lips with his.

He’d never admit it, but he’s completely content with his plight.
