"I...I think that is the last one." Gus mumbled.
"Yeah...but...why is she not waking up ?"
Hunter looked around, all the memories had been fixed.
Why is Willow not waking up.
"I don't know. Last time this was all that had to be done...unless."
"Unless what Gus ?"
"When Luz and Amity were here, they were followed by the inner Willow."
"Yeah...When Luz and I were trapped in Belos' mind, that happened as well."
"But we haven't seen her. Maybe if we find her, we can get her to wake up."
"Right, let's do it."
The two young men walked around, trying their best to find the inner Willow, until..
Hunter stopped briefly.
"Huh, Hunter ?"
"That memory..."
Hunter walked towards it, a memory that was placed in a burnt tree.
"Its...its the one of our wedding. Before all of this happened."
"It looks broken..."
"Its not. It..it reflects how heartbroken she was, that all of this happened in our special day."
"Yeah...Willow did not deserve that. Nore you."
"I know....I tried Gus, I tried to make it the wedding she deserved, but.."
"Hey, it was not your fault. It was Odalia and Boscha's. They are the ones that did this."
"Sometimes I wonder if bad luck tends to follow me around."
"Nah man. I think they were just looking for an event that would have many people in it. It just happened that it was yours."
Suddenly, they heard someone cry.
"That's....that's Willow."
"It must be her inner Willow. Come on Hunter, we are so close !"
Odalia looked at the window, with a glass of wine at her hand.
"Hm. For all detestable humans are, they do make for some fine alcohol."
"Odalia !"
Odalia turned to see who called her.
"Well, isn't it my favorite three eyed witch. How are you Boscha ?"
"Let go of the presentaries, you let me rot in prison !"
"I did ask Kiki to break you out didn't I ? Besides, its not my problem you could not contain yourself when you faced Amity."
Boscha grumbled at hearing that.
"Is that all you came to do, to yell at me for leaving you at prison. Because I have issues to work at."
Adrian dying was nothing but an annoyance, specially since it took most of the illusionist she had. That placed her in a weakness she did not want to be.
Not to mention, Luz' escape. What was the point of holding the child here, if she could not use it on her to bring her titan form.
She is not stupid, she knows her enemies are attempting to make contact with The Collector, and if he shows up, Odalia has no way to stop them.
She needs Luz back, and she needs her fast.
"I am here to make sure you are still following our part of the deal."
"Huh ?"
"Boscha growled. "Amity ! I'm talking about Amity ! You promised that after all of this, you would make her mine ! Than when you became Emperor, you would make her divorce Luz, and give me her hand. Make her my wife !"
Odalia watched Boscha for some moments and....laughed.
"AHAHAHAHA ! You...did you really think...I would do something like that ?"
"Wha...but you..."
"Oh come on dear. Even Belos could not make people marry without them wanting to actually do me. And Amity did disown me, she filed for all the paper work to make sure no attachment between us remained." Even Boscha was suprised with how...lightly she said that. As if she did not care at all that her family cut all ties with them. " And even as Emperor, with many plans to put in place, why would I focus on this ? I just said that because it would make you easier to work with."
"You...you lied to me !"
"Nothing personal honey. But come on, in what part of your head did you think you and Amity could ever be a thing ?"
"You....you bastard !" Boscha yelled. "I am a criminal now, highly wanted, all because you promised me to be with my true love, and now you...you."
"And what are you gonna do about it Boscha ?" Odalia said, standing up. "You said it yourself. You are highly wanted there. You can go rat tell, but all of what will happen is that you will once again end in a prison cell, and this time, no one will be breaking you out."
Boscha growled, but said nothing.
"I mean, who would you even turn to ? Your mothers, no that's right. They disowned you. Because their failure of a daughter could not bring glory to their family after they lost all of their business, and you could not enter the Grudgby team. Not to mention that embarazment you made at Hexide when the Collector was on the loose. Your friends. I heard most of them left you after Mittens, left to have their own families while you were stuck in the past. And now that they heard what you did, why would they support you ? Oh...I think that was all the people in your life, isn't it ? The other I can remember is Amity, and...she has made it clear that she wants nothing to do with you."
Odalia stood in front of Boscha, with a wicked smirk.
"I mean, seriously Boscha. How is it in that in your head, you think that there is someway that Amity will love you back ? I just don't understand. After all you did to Luz, who is Amity's true love, how do you think she would leave the dear human she has sacrificed so much for. I mean, she brought my business, my plans, to an end, for her. She turned Alador and the twins against me, for her. She made me a criminal, and guess what, it was all for her. I know who Amity loves the most, and I'm her mother, you are...nothing. Oh no wait, you are the bully. You are also the one that lead the attack on her best friend's wedding and, poisoned her ! I don't think Amity thinks clearly of that. You kidnapped her dear daughter, again, not good. Oh and how to forget, you killed Luz's mother ! You, you did Boscha. I did not order you to do it, Kiki didn't tell you to do it. That was all you. My god, Mittens must hate you know. I won't be surprised the next time you see each other, she throws you into the boiling sea."
Boscha was glaring at her with anger, but Odalia was unconcerned.
"So go ahead. Leave for all I care. But you must know, you are totally alone. Everyone left you, because you can not let go of your feelings for a woman that had made it so clear that she does not, and will never, return them. And thanks to your action, you dear love hates you like no other. That is so nice Boscha. So remember, the only thing that is keeping you from Prison, its me, and the fact that if you wish so, I can get some use of you. But try anything, and you will be totally alone. Though, you might as well be now."
Boscha tried to say something anything, but nothing came out. She turned around and stomped away.
Odalia chuckled at seeing that, as she returned to her chair.
So long as Boscha does not take her anger out on the kid, everything will be fine. She needs her granddaughter safe for negotiations.
"Then again....even if I wanted to follow threw my word, I can not. After all, after this is over, Amity Blight will be no more."
Hunter and Gus walked towards the crying sounds.
"There she is !" Gus pointed out.
In the corner, was the inner Willow crying.
"Gus...I need to do this alone."
"Right...do it man."
Hunter sighted and walked towards the crying Willow.
“This is what I deserve. A wedding fit of a half a witch.”
Inner Willow cried harder.
“And now I can’t even give Hunter the family he deserves. He must think of me as a failure now. He probably doesn’t...”
“Stop it !”
Inner Willow turned to see Hunter.
“Hunter ?”
“Stop saying that. You are not half a witch. You are the most powerful plant user I’ve known. You...we didn’t deserve this, our wedding was supposed to be of dreams. And it’s still gonna be it. I don’t care what I have to do, I’ll celebrate it again. I’ll marry you again, and give you the wedding the most beautiful witch in the Isles deserves. And as for the baby. I...I don’t blame you. I will never blame you for what that three eyed bitch did. I swear I’ll make her pay for this. It’s not like she’s gonna have a family any time soon. Considering she is still after someone who doesn’t want her.”
Inner Willow let out a small chuckle.
“Willow. You know my story, you know what I’ve been threw. But you...you saved me. Meeting you, was the best thing that could ever happen to you. I love you, I love you so much. All I want, is for you to be back. Please...”
Willow stopped crying, and held out her hand.
Hunter held it, and a bright light filled everything...
“GAH !” Hunter yelled.
He looked around, he was in....he didn’t know where he was. All he knew, is that he is no longer inside Willow’s head.
“Where...are we ?”
“I guess we were moved.”
“Mm.”
Both of them turned to the bed besides them, were Willow rested.
And then, after days of sleeping, Willow opened her eyes.
“Hunter...”
“WILLOW !” Hunter yelled. Hugging and kissing his wife, “your back, you’re actually back !”
“I’m here babe. I’m here. You saved me. Thank you.”
She turned to Gus and smiled at him,
“And thanks to you Gus.”
“It was the least I could do.”
Willow turned back to Hunter. “And you’re idea about redoing the wedding...I’d love to.”
Hunter gave her a smile, and went to kiss her but...
“Willow, you are awake !” Emira said, coming towards the room.
“Em, you’re back, did to get Luz back ?” Gus asked.
“I’m sorry, what happened to Luz ?” Willow asked.
“It’s...a long story.”
“Luz is back....but something horrible has happened.....and she and Amity need all their help they can get....”
Willow looked around.
“Guys....what the hell have I missed ?”
Amity was sitting at a cliff. Watching the sea.
“I thought I’d find you here,”
She turned back, to see Luz.
“Hey.”
“Sweet Potato...I know you talked to Odalia. Lilith over heard. She told me.”
“Then...you know what she said.”
“Yes.” Luz said, sitting down Besides her. “Amity. You do know what she said was total bullshit. I don’t blame you for anything.”
“I do...”
“Sweet Potato...”
“No no. Don’t sweet potato me ! I was left alone with our daughter. She was under my care, and she got kidnapped. She’s out there, when I was supposed to protect her !”
“Amity please...”
“And your mother. It’s my fault. I knew what Boscha is capable of, I know that she was willing to go far for her goals. I knew that and did nothing. Camila is dead, and it’s my fault !”
“Stop it !”
“And....I....I just...”
“AMITY BLIGHT STOP THIS RIGHT NOW !”
Amity looked shocked at Luz’s yell.
“So what, you think the solution was never to meet me ? That we never fell in love. You do realize that would steal the two most important people of my life.”
“Luz...”
“Amity. Before I met you, I had no purpose. I had no way of life. I had nothing. Then you came into my life, and I suddenly got someone to share my life with, someone that gave it a meaning. And my mom. My mom adored you. She loved you so much, and never stoped saying how grateful she was for you.”
‘But....how can I go on...knowing my mother is behind this, how can I get threw this Luz ?”
“Amity. You are so many wonderful things, one of them, is that you are the exact opposite of Odalia. She, did not care about anything other than herself. She was willing to put people in danger, for her selfish needs. You, you in the other hand care, you care about others. You feel guilty about what she’s doing, and you want to stop it.”
Luz held her hands.
“I miss my mom. I miss her so much. But remember this Amity, you are Odalia’s biggest victim. She hurt you, more than anyone else, yet here you are, trying to make your life. If you can, so can I. I didn’t care that she gave birth to you. I don’t care about you having been friends with Boscha. All I care, is having you at my side,”
Amity felt tears on her eyes,
“Have I mentioned ill be lost without you Batata ?”
“Hehe, sometimes.”
“Oh you would totally be.”
Both women turned in shock at that voice.
“WILLOW !” They yelled in shock, at seeing their friend awake at last.
Both grabbed Willow in a big hug, which she returned.
“Luz, Amity...I’m so so sorry...’
“You guys know Then...”
“Emira told us. About Camila, and Azura being taken.” Hunter said. He looked at Amity. “I know what is like to be related to a monster. But that doesn’t define you, it’s you who does. And Luz is right, you and Odalia, are total opposites.”
“We overthrew one mad man. We can do the same with a mad woman.’ Gus said.
Luz looked at all over them. “We’ve been threw so much the five of us, we can do it one more time. What do you says hex squad. Are we ready for one last round ?”
Willow nodded, and held her hand. “For Camila.”
Hunter soon followed it. “For Camila.”
“For Camila !” Gus yelled.
“For Mom.” Luz said.
They turned to the last member.
Amity wipes the last of her tears, and joins them.
“For Camila.”
“Then let’s do it. Let’s get our daughter back, and kick Odalia’s butt, who’s with me !”
“Yeah !”
The Hex squad, finally united, turned to watch the sun rise up.
Amity looked at her wife and friends, grateful for them.
“We are coming for you honey.” She told Azura quietly. “And...I’m coming for you, Odalia.
