Naruto
- So basically, in an interaction/fight between sasuke and naruto after sasuke leaves the village (throughout the whole show) naruto gets really desperate and basically goes with sasuke
- You can imagine it as any of their meetings, like the first one in the original naruto at the water fall or one of the ones later once the tension has built up more
- The lead up can be naruto being whumped and going through some things that lead to this rash decision
- So naruto makes the split second (or long time coming depending on the lead up) to go with sasuke instead of trying to get him to come back to the village futilely
- sasuke don’t let him at first cuz he’s stubborn but naruto keeps following him and even betrays the leaf possibly to prove his dedication
- sasuke eventually lets him travel with him - reluctantly and they go on from there
- There will be a lot of relationship and character development between them while they travel (platonically or romantically if you ship them)
- Naruto being with him could change the outcome with itachi or orichimaru
- Eventually comes the opportunity to join the akatsuki and naruto joins with sasuke despite having the nine tails
- With the akatsuki comes the opportunity for naruto confronting the leaf and his old friends as the enemy, opportunity for bamf moments
- They can try to convince at least naruto to come back but it’s too late
- And by the time the akatsuki need the nine tails, sasuke and naruto and whatever Allie’s they’ve gained along the way are strong enough to defeat the Akatsuki
- Naruto and sasuke can then settle down (the make their own village trope) or continue traveling and maybe helping people out? Or whatever it’s another open ended
