- Uncle Ben teaches Peter martial arts/self defense, so sometimes he helps ppl out in the streets if he sees it (mugging, assault) (with no powers)
- Sees Deadpool killing a r@pist in an alleyway and tries to intervene
- Deadpool doesn’t hurt Peter (cuz child), but explains what he is doing. Peter decides to let him continue
- Deadpool stays on his mind
- Peter gets his powers from a radioactive spider bite on his end of year sophomore field trip
- Powers include really strong senses (hearing, sight, smell, etc), stickiness, super strength speed and reflexes, a sort of webbing from his wrists (not very strong, but he creates his better web shooters based off of this), healing factor, “spidey sense”, durability and stamina
- While Peter is practicing with his powers just to see the limits, Deadpool catches a glimpse and figures he is a mutant, and sympathizes
- Deadpool finds Peter after getting beat up by bullies
- He offers to buy him Mexican food cuz why not
- Asks why he didn’t fight back, Peter explains his situation cuz he has had a bad day (life) and needs to vent ig
- They introduce themselves, but doesn’t really go into what Deadpool does for a living, and go their separate ways
- They meet up a few more times by accident and Peter has the idea of Spider-Man
- Then Ben dies, wade helps him through it, and encourages and helps peter with Spider-Man
- Introduced him to daredevil for training and stuff
- Deadpool becomes a best friend/brother and daredevil a best friend/father figure
- Eventually befriends a lot of vigilantes
- Tony stark comes and recruits him not knowing about his closeness with all the other vigilantes and Spider-Man becomes part of the avengers, as a work relationship
- None of the avengers know about wade and Matt, but Peter still hangs around the vigilantes and has a complete trust in both of them (he is not as close with the avengers)
- After Ben died, aunt may became distant and was always out, but puts on a show for people so the avengers doesn’t suspect anything, but Peter spends a lot of time at Matt’s apartment (keeps his stuff there, gets first aid) and isn’t really around may as much
- Peter has kept the groups separate, but an emergency causes the avengers to learn about his vigilante friends
- The avengers think Peter is in danger, even after Peter explains otherwise
- They keep babying him, insulting his friends, trying to keep him away from them, and Peter eventually just leaves the avengers in favor of the vigilantes
