Don’t you remember the days that ended faster than we thought?
Don’t you sometimes wonder what would happen if we played this game diffrently?

Don’t you think that the world is as beautifull as cruel?
Don’t you forget the things we did in the past?

I remember those short days.
I wonder what would happen if I decided diffrently.
Yes, I do. I think of the world as a beautiful and cruel place.
I forget the things we did in the past.
Yes, I do.
And yet I still cannot stop the days from running away.
Even After the decisions I made, I still dream of ‘what if’s.
I don’t apreciate the world’s beauty and I complain about it’s cruellity.
I also do nothing to not forget my memories. I still make the same mistakes.

I remember that moment very clearly. It was a normal day of winter. The clouds were hiding the sun. People were rushing to their homes. Christmas. My favorite holiday. The whole idea of meeting with your family and forgeting of every argument. Yep, x-mas babe.
I also was returning from work, listening to some random songs and looking throught my social media. Many of my ex-classmates already had families. For example Feeble Fe, a short boy with frickes, had now an amazing wife, Jasmine, and twins - Tom and Ron. There is also Wanda who became a scientist and then met her husband, Bartek, who came from some small country in Eastern Europe. I never was very good with geography, sorry…

After catching the taxi, I told the guy, who if I remember correctly was a very nice old man, where I wanted him to drive. Later I remember only soft jazz from the radio and pain. The car crashed. Collision. I couldn’t breathe. Before my eyes I saw blood. I didn’t know whose it was. My head was looking down and definitelly wasn’t going up. I was scared. Soon darkness engulfed me. I died. Yeah…
But then I felt something warm above me. It was nice. Yet it wasn’t the strangest thing that happened, because I heard those words: “You are pregnant, ma’am.” I started panicking. What the…!
