Chapter 16
I woke up slightly confused as to why I was shoved against the wall but relaxed as soon as felt a pair of cool arms wrap themselves around my waist and pull me close. "Morning, dove." Loki whispered in his sexy, raspy morning voice. I bit my lip to keep from moaning and I heard him chuckle softly then kiss my neck and moan my name in my ear in that voice. "Loki, love...we...have to get back...to the...palace." I panted as he placed kisses up and down my neck paying special attention to the sensitive spot that made me writhe against him.
He bit my neck causing me to moan his name and try to flip over but he stood up and said, "We have to get back to the palace." I glared at him earning a cocky smirk from him and I grabbed my shorts and slid them back on then grabbed my boots from beside the bed. A sharp smack to the butt caused me to scream and whirl around only to find Loki standing there smirking devilishly. "Couldn't resist, pet." He said as he offered his hand to me. Shaking my head and laughing, I took his hand and we made our way outside to the horses that were still standing where we'd left them, eating grass and looking thoroughly content.
Before Loki could move towards his own horse, I'd already ran and jumped on it's back causing it to paw the ground as though it was agitated at me for interrupting it's grass eating. Loki smiled at me as he got on the other horse and said, "I see you have a fondness for having...large things between your legs." I blushed and gasped as he turned his horse around and, laughing, took off back towards the gate. I turned the black stallion and raced after him catching up with him quickly and yelled over to him, "I only prefer your large thing between my legs." He growled and went to reach for me but I was just far away enough that he couldn't quite reach me and I laughed seductively as we finally reached the gate.
Frigga, Odin, Nat, Bucky, Sif, Steve, Wanda, and Vision were all waiting just inside the gate for us as we slowed our horses to a canter as we passed through and Nat, Wanda, Sif, and Frigga all smirked at me as I dismounted. "Have any fun?" Nat said as we began walking towards the palace. Frigga, Wanda and Sif all burst into giggles as I said, "I'm not having this conversation in front of his mother thank you very much, dear sister." I could hear the guys behind us murmuring in low voices and smiled and blushed. "But speaking of fun," I said looking pointedly at Sif, who turned as red as Nat's hair. "I did tell you that we were going to have a conversation, young lady. So start talking."
Nat, Wanda and Frigga all staggered to a stop laughing hysterically at the look on Sif's face and it took everything in me to not burst out laughing as well as she said, "Well...I mean...you know we....did the fondue." I looked over at Nat who had tears streaming down her face and she simply shook her head apparently unable to speak. "Yes, Sif, it's quite obvious that you two did the fondue. What I'm asking is when did you two get together before deciding to do the fondue?" I asked with a smirk on my face as I grabbed Nat and Wanda and began making our way back towards the palace. Frigga was still giggling but managed to follow us as best she could.
"Well, I mean...I've been noticing him for a while now." Sif explained and I almost stopped again. "Well, yes I would hope that you would notice him. I mean the man's been in Asgard for almost a month now and it would be quite rude if you simply looked through him all this time." I said wanting more than anything in the nine realms to facepalm. We'd made it to the stairs finally and began walking up them and was about ten steps up when the five of us realized that the men standing behind us had pleasured us a little too well. "Hmmmph!" I said as my legs threatened to give out. "Hnnng!" Nat and Sif groaned as they bent over with their hands on their knees. "Owwww!" Wanda whimpered as Frigga hissed in pain beside her.
A chorus of chuckles from behind us had us girls all glaring over our shoulders at our men as Loki playfully asked, "Something the matter, dears?" I straightened up a little too fast and ended up hissing in pain myself as my knees gave underneath me and he stepped forward to catch me in his arms bridal style. "Careful, dove." He whispered as he kissed my temple all traces of mischief gone in his voice as he looked me over from head to toe. "I'm fine, love, just a bit sore is all." I said leaning up to kiss him softly of the lips. Odin laughed and picked up Frigga as Bucky picked up Nat, Steve picked up Sif, and Vision picked up Wanda. I heard Nat start giggling and knew that Bucky was kissing her neck and tickling her with his scruff and began to laugh as well. Loki smiled as we reached the top of the stairs and I looked up at him with a questioning look on my face but still smiling.
"I love your laugh, dove." He said softly as he put me down. I smiled and blushed and said, "Thank you, my prince. I love yours as well." He smiled and wrapped an arm around my shoulder as we walked into the palace and a voice said, "ABOUT BLOODY TIME! DID YOU FORGET ABOUT THE BANQUET OLD MAN?!" I looked around completely confused and then saw a red headed dwarf striding towards Odin with his arms crossed but a smirk on his face. "OH MY BEARD I DID FORGET! EVERYONE HURRY AND GET CHANGED THE BANQUET STARTS IN AN HOUR!" Odin cried as he set Freya down and everyone because sprinting for their rooms. I'd just gotten to the end of the hall when I realized I didn't know what to wear. "Don't worry, just follow me!" Frigga cried leading me into her walk in closet once again.
I didn't have any time to look around to see what I wanted before she thrust something white and silky into my hands and said, "Here! Wear this!" I walked to the other end of the closet and quickly changed into the stunning floor length pure angelic white maxi dress with spaghetti straps and the folded my clothes and walked back over to Freya who turned to me and went to open her mouth but was struck speechless momentarily. "Does it really look that bad?" I said only half joking.
She closed her mouth with a stern look on her face and smacked me on the arm and said, "No, it does not look bad at all now come here and zip me into this dress and I'll help you with your makeup." I smiled as she turned around and I zipped the dress up careful not to pinch her skin. She turned back around and said, "Thank you. Now for the makeup." For the next fifteen minutes she carefully did my makeup making sure to get everything just right before finally stepping back and taking a good look at me and then smiling from ear to ear.
"Oh, my sweet, dear, girl. Loki won't know what to do with himself during the ceremony." She said as tears filled her eyes and I looked up at her completely confused. "C-Ceremony?" I asked weakly as she whirled around and began looking for shoes. I took this quick moment to look at myself in a mirror to my left and almost gasped out loud. I was in a simple white maxi dress yes but my makeup was stunning. She'd done a gold smokey eye and pair it with deep red lipstick. "Yes, ceremony. I know it was supposed to be a surprise but...I couldn't let you just walk in there not knowing!" Frigga said as she smiled at me and I grabbed a tissue from beside me and handed it to her.
"Here!" I said and she took the tissue and wiped her eyes with it and then set to work on her makeup which was a simple nude smokey eye with a mauve lip that looked beautiful on her. After she got through she stood up and handed me the almost forgotten heels. Just like the rest of the outfit they were absolutely gorgeous and I smiled as I put them on and we walked out of her room with ten minutes to spare.
"Ohhh!" Two voices chorused behind me and I turned to see Nat, Wanda and Clint standing behind me. Nat and Wanda immediately began gushing about how beautiful I looked but Clint simply stood there tears silently pouring down his face as he smiled at me.
