The thing is, whenever Tony wants cuddles, he goes to Clint because, according to Tony, Clint gives the best cuddles.
Others can neither deny nor agree that statement since Tony does not share. Clint's cuddles are reserved for his boyfriend, Tony and Tony only.

Whenever a mission is completed, one can spot them in front of the tv screen in the common room, cuddling with each other. Once, one of the Avengers asked Tony how it was like cuddling with Clint.
Tony replied with his signature smirk, "It feels awesome but unlucky you, I don't share what's mine. Now, if you excuse me, I would like to cuddle with my boyfriend."
He then looked for Clint and called his name. Clint would then mutter a "I'm here" and Tony would go in that direction, leaving the Avenger.

When Tony returns from his office, he demands cuddles from Clint. He doesn't care whether Clint is busy doing something or in between a meeting, he simply goes near Clint, hugs Clint from behind and asks for cuddles.
Clint, on the other hand, enjoys seeing his lover's sweet and demanding side. He likes it when all Tony wants is cuddles and tries to make other Avengers jealous.

Whenever Clint returns from an away mission, it is a rule that Clint will be booked by Tony and no one will be able to meet them until Tony wishes, that may vary depending on the number of injuries Clint gets as a result of the mission.
The first time it happened, the other Avengers were worried but when they asked Jarvis and Jarvis confirmed his boss and Mr. Clint were alright, they were a bit less worried.

When Tony comes out of his workshop, he needs Clint beside him. Tony likes to say it is his personal charger. Clint's cuddles are like refreshments to Tony after his hard work in the lab.
The two can be spotted just outside the work shop's door with Tony clinging to Clint like a koala. Others who are passing will just smile and again carry on with his own work.

Tony knows when Clint finishes his work. He will make sure to be present when Clint's work is done.
When Tony completes his work of the day, Clint makes sure he is beside Tony beforehand, and does not want to put more pressure on his tiny little feet.

"What about the other times?" one might ask. Well, the two love birds will be thinking about their other halves while working and will check their watches from time to time so as to know when they will be in each other's arms again, cuddling and snuggling with each other.
Like Tony, Clint also does not share what is his. Clint makes sure others are well aware that Tony belongs to him and he belongs to Tony.
