Summary
Emotionless is a word people would use to describe me. I once believed it was true. Not anymore. If I was emotionless, how could I love that one person no matter what? How could I love him after everything we've been through? It's simple. Ask the two scientists in the lab. Every living being has emotions. Anyway, I didn't expect to be at this stage of life again. Surrounded by family. And the love of my life. I grew up as the quiet kid. The one who does their best. And gets upset if their best isn't what they expected. Maybe it was the expectations that were set for me, or my fear of failure. But it made me who I am today. It made me more than just Melinda May. This story is set in season 3 of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.DThis is part of a multi sequel. "We have a location." Mack's voice boomed through our coms.
"We'll reach the coordinates in 20 minutes. Buckle up." Phil nodded and buckled into the co-pilot's seat.
We landed the Zephyr outside the city limits and drove the SHIELD issued car till we got to her location.
I saw her, black wig, heavy on the makeup, and rocking the emo vibe.
"Daisy!"
She didn't even look at us. She didn't even look at her parents.
"Layla!" I tried.
Nothing.
"Skye!" She looked at us, eyes widening as she recognized us. She ran into an isolated alley. We followed. She wasn't there. She was gone.
