Summary
This is the third in a series, following An Uncertain Future and Healing. The guys are on their way back to New York and Stark Tower. Although Yori Nakajima's death has cancelled the bounty on Bucky's head, he's still wanted by most law enforcement agencies on the planet.Steve, and the rest of the Avengers, are committed to bringing Bucky in from the cold. Bucky just knows that he needs to stop killing, whatever the cost to himself.

“I’m sure we can find a way to eliminate the triggers,” Bruce said. “If you let us try.”
Bucky looked curiously at the man. He had forgotten a lot over the course of his time with Hydra. One thing he hadn’t forgotten was the sight of the Hulk roaring merrily through Manhattan, bouncing from building to building, kicking alien ass as he went.
It was hard to reconcile the Hulk with the gentle man sitting on the couch beside him. Bruce Banner looked as if he wouldn’t hurt a fly, much less pound a megaton Chitauri whale ship into dust.
