Summary
This is the third in a series, following An Uncertain Future and Healing. The guys are on their way back to New York and Stark Tower. Although Yori Nakajima's death has cancelled the bounty on Bucky's head, he's still wanted by most law enforcement agencies on the planet.Steve, and the rest of the Avengers, are committed to bringing Bucky in from the cold. Bucky just knows that he needs to stop killing, whatever the cost to himself.

Tony took Bucky to his laboratory, then busied himself with a coffeemaker in the lab’s kitchenette while Bucky wandered around, checking out the works in progress.
Coffee done, Tony poured out a couple of cups. “Come sit down. Black?”
Bucky nodded and sat down at the counter. “Thanks.”
Tony reached under the counter. Coming out with a manilla envelope, he tossed it in front of Bucky. “This belongs to you.”
Bucky stilled. He stared at the envelope, then at Tony.
“Listen, Barnes.” Tony sighed. “You and me, we’re good, okay? And I think I can help you. I want to.”
