Summary
This is the third in a series, following An Uncertain Future and Healing. The guys are on their way back to New York and Stark Tower. Although Yori Nakajima's death has cancelled the bounty on Bucky's head, he's still wanted by most law enforcement agencies on the planet.Steve, and the rest of the Avengers, are committed to bringing Bucky in from the cold. Bucky just knows that he needs to stop killing, whatever the cost to himself.

Steve started down the corridor toward his suite. Just as he reached the door, it swung open, and Bucky rushed out.
“Steve, I can’t find Ali!” Bucky looked worriedly up and down the hall. “She must’ve gotten out when you took the breakfast tray out!”
“I don’t think she got out, Buck,” Steve said reassuringly. “She’s probably hiding. You know how cats are.”
“I’ve looked everywhere,” Bucky protested.
Steve looked over Bucky’s shoulder into the suite, and was hard put not to smile “Everywhere?”
Bucky turned.
Ali lay in the middle of the bed. Looking back at him, she yawned.
