Karamo: “Thanks for meeting with me mr. Stark.”
Tony: “Oh please, call me Tony.”
Karamo: “Okay , thanks for meeting with me Tony. Are you sure you want to go with us?”
Tony: “yeah, and I know the kid would want me to too. He might not have said so but I know he’s scared to go back.
Karamo: “and he knows he can say no at all times right?”
Tony: “yeah he knows, and he wants to go too. He told me. But it doesn’t mean he’s not scared. And so am I to be honest.”
(Back at the store with Tan and Peter) on camera
Tan: “Are you sure about this?”
Peter: *from the stall* “yes”
*the door of the shop opens*
Karamo: “Hiiiiiiii”
Tan: “Hey!”
*They hug*
Tan: “Peter, do you mind Karamo being here?”
Peter: “No, it’s okay”
Karamo: “You know you can say no right? I won’t mind”
Peter: “no really it's okay… Here I come”
*Peter walks out of the stall. He looks a bit nervous. He’s wearing a black t-shirt with R2-D2 painted on it, black jeans and checkered vans*
Tan: “and…?”
*Peter walks up to the mirror and now his left arm is clearly visible and filled with scars. Karamo and Tan don’t react, they are just looking at Peter who is starting to tear up.*
Karamo: “Uhm, is that good or bad Peter, are you okay?”
Tan: *at the same time* “its okay if don’t like it”
Peter: “No, no it's… It’s amazing. I haven’t done this in a while and I just feel strangely at peace? I really like it” *he wipes his tears*
Tan: “Can I give you a hug?”
*Peter nods and the scene cuts off*
(In the car with Peter, Tony and Karamo) on camera
Ton: “you okay?”
*Peter nods*
Karamo: “you want to tell the people what you’re going to do?”
Peter: “We’re gonna talk to aunt May” *He smiles a bit but you can see he’s really anxious*
Karamo: “Do you want me to go with you? or do you want only Tony?”
Peter: “No, I’d like it if you came with us”
Karamo: “okay let’s go”
(Karamo standing in the loft. It’s obvious this was recorded after filming the episode) on camera
Karamo: Okay. Hi everyone, I hope that you are enjoying the episode so far. Before you watch the conversation we arranged between Peter and his aunt, it’s important to know a few things: First of all, we aren’t going to show you any footage as Peter’s aunt didn’t want to get her face on screen so you will only hear the audio we took. Second, we got Peter’s permission to let you hear this. And third and probably most important, the conversation didn’t go as we’d hoped and therefore I have to give you a couple of trigger warnings. (We see the building where May lives and only hear the conversation) Audio record.
Karamo: “Ms. Parker, we are all super thankful that you agreed to this.”
Peter: “Hi May.” *He already sounds a bit choked up*
May: “Hi [redacted]”
Tony: “It’s Peter.”
*May takes a breath but Karamo jumps in*
Karamo: “Okay let’s leave the names alone for now alright? Is that okay with you?”
Peter: “mmhm”
*It’s silent for about a minute. It feels really uncomfortable*
Karamo: “Who wants to start?”
*It’s silent again*
May: “Is this how you cope with Skip?”
Peter and Tony: “WHAT?!”
May: “I don’t blame you if this act is… what he did to you was terrible and I get if you wanted a change afterwards. It’s just-”
Peter: “S-Skip has Nothing to do with this. He never had.”
*It’s silent again while Tony and Peter try to wrap their head around The Audacity*
Peter: *really really quietly* “Perchè me hai fatto partire?” (4)
May: “Non ho mai-” (5)
Tony: “Don’t even pretend you don’t know what he’s talking about.”
May: “You know what. I won’t. She was disillusioned! And her friends made her believe that that was okay! You made her believe that it was okay. *she starts to cry* I offered her help but she didn’t take it so I sent her away because I hoped God would show her how her lies would hurt her but clearly she was too far gone. I JUST WANTED [redacted] BACK. NOT THIS F***** THAT YOU MADE HER.”
*Karamo and Peter both breathe in sharply*
Tony: “How. Dare. You-”
Peter: *still quietly* “Mr. Stark, can you please go outside?”
Tony: “You sure bambino?”
*we don’t hear anything for about 10 seconds*
Tony: “Well if you’re so sure then okay. I’ll be right outside though.”
Peter: “Karamo, can you go with him?”
Karamo: “sure”
*Karamo and Tony gather their stuff*
*the door slams*
May: [redacted]...
Peter: “No, it’s my turn.*He sniffles* You know, I thought a lot about what happened, and I’ll spare you the details about the anger, and the crying, and the scars on my arm, and me sleeping on the floor of Ned’s bedroom every night, worrying about money and food because you kicked me out at f*cking 15. *His voice cracks* ‘cause i’ve decided there’s no point in focusing on the negatives. *sigh* I’d rather think about the good things that came from this. Like, uhm, you taught me a really valuable lesson. Just because I’m trans, people will hate me without knowing anything else about me. I always knew that was part of the deal, I just… I never really expected it from my own aunt. But now, I know not to expect the best from anyone. So thanks I guess.”
*May breathes in sharply*
Peter: “Oh, and one more thing. I learned some really cool stuff about myself. Like I’m tough. I’m really tough. And when I do stumble I have the most amazing dad by my side who is always right there to pick me back up. So whatever May, I’m moving on with my life. I’m gonna be fine. I’m just really bummed out for you. *sniffles* You’re gonna miss a lot of stuff and that sucks... ‘Cause I’m pretty great.”
*We hear nothing for a while and when it’s clear that May isn’t gonna respond Peter gathers his things and leaves.*
*We hear the door slam and the audio recording ends*
(In front of May’s building. In the car) on camera
*Karamo and Tony are sitting in the car. (Karamo behind the wheel, Tony in the back) Peter storms out of the building and almost runs to the car*
*Tony opens the door and Peter sits next to him. He’s clearly holding in tears*
Tony: “Are you okay bud? What happened in there?”
*Peter can’t hold his tears any longer and completely breaks down*
Tony: *Hugs him* “That bad, huh?”

*Peter is laying on bed staring at the ceiling. His eyes are red and puffy*
*The door opens and Peter looks up*
Harley: “Hey darling. I wanted to check on you. *He puts his stuff on the counter and sits next to Peter* You didn’t answer any of our texts and Mj, Ned, and Shuri were getting worried.”
Peter: *Scoots over a bit so that Harley can lay next to him* “And you weren’t? Harls I’m hurt.” *He gives his boyfriend a small smile*
Harley: “Of course I was. *He hesitates for a moment* How did it go with May?”
Peter: “Bad. Like really really bad, Harls. She-she…” *He starts crying*
Harley: “It’s okay darling. You don’t have to tell me”
