‘You have to be kidding me Peter!’ May practically yelled with astonishment. ‘You can’t seriously be telling me that you are five-teen years old and you have NEVER watched friends!?’
‘Hey hey hey don’t accuse me of never having watched it!’ Peter began as he put his hands up defensively, as if he was telling someone to keep back, ‘I have watched a few episodes, around a year ago, six or seven maybe?!? I can’t remember well, I stopped watching.’
‘You stopped watching!!?!’ May exclaimed, ‘Oh my god Peter Parker I can’t believe you, come on,’ May spoke as she walked to him lightly taking his arm and dragging him to the couch, ‘We are going to watch it so cancel all you’re plans.’
As they sat down Peter replied, ‘I didn’t have any plans.. But-‘ and before he could finish his sentence his Aunt replied by saying, ‘Good.’ while picking up the tv remote. ‘-I have homework.’
May looked at Peter with an almost shocked expression setting on her face quickly. ‘Peter Benjamin Parker since when have you EVER done homework on a weekend?’ That question caused Peter to burst into silence and watch the slight grin appear on his Aunts face as she selected the Netflix app on their tv. He then waited, trying to get more comfortable on the couch as she proceed to go onto her account and find friends. ‘So what episode?’ May asked looking from the tv at him. ‘I think, if I remember correctly I watched seven.’ May nodded and looked back to the tv as she scrolled down to season one episode eight and pressed play. She put the remote of the arm of the couch and let it play.
Peter laughed as he watched Chandler nearly get set up on a date with a man. He thought to himself about how a perk of being bisexual was that he could get set up with a man or woman because he’s attracted to both, therefore what happened to chandler would never happen to him. Then he looked at May as the theme tune began to play because she’d started to quietly sing it. When May noticed Peter watching her they both started to laugh and Mays cheeks flustered red briefly. She did like the theme song but she was Phoebe when it came to singing.
As the episode continued there were more laughs shared and small conversations mainly about Monica and Ross’s nana. Then the scenes from her funeral came on and May could not stop looking at the females, especially Rachel who was wearing a short black dress with a very big coat that she though was black but had a hint of navy blue when it was in the right sunlight and the sunglasses that she was wearing that made her look like a celebrity. ‘You okay there may?’ Peter asked laughing slightly. ‘Rachel just looks so good.’ May spoke. ‘May!!’ Peter exclaimed.
‘What? Come on Peter if you have a good taste you have got to agree with me here.’
‘Ehhhhhh, I guess she looks alright, but I prefer Chandler.’ Peter said as he looked more in depth at Chandler, he looked at the pinky red scarf draped around his black coat that looked in many ways feminine yet he managed to pull it off, he looked at his hair and glasses, that also made him too look like a celebrity.
‘Really!?’
‘Yeah I mean he looks good and has a great personality come on May you gotta be seeing this!’
‘Only thing I see is what Ross sees in Rachel.’ May said with a smirk, which caused Peter to start laughing and his laughter increased as Ross fell into the six ft casket size hole in the ground and with that May joined in too giggling at the scene they’d just watched unfold.
