Summary
Was Tony counting on a terrorist attack in Vienna when he went to sign the Accords? Of course not.Was that the reason he took his newly minted intern with him? Sure. The kid seemed interested in superheroes legislation. Tony was sure many kids his age were similarly interested.Was he upset when he had to drag said intern with him after the attack? Very. A kid had no place in such dangerous situations.Did he regret it? No. That kid definitely saved him a lot of problems.
