Loki enters your room at the compound quietly, peering around the door as he opens it.
"Darling?" he gently calls out for you.
A soft groan and a faint "over here" alert him to your presence in bed, buried under the covers.
He softly closes the door behind him and heads to sit on the edge of your bed, placing a hand on what he guessed was your shoulder under the covers.
"What's the matter, love," he asks concernedly.
"Nothing... I’m fine," you say through gritted teeth.
Loki tsks, knowing you knew better than to try to lie to the God of Mischief.
"You're in bed in the middle of day. Something is the matter," he states.
You slowly roll over, popping your head out from under the covers, "Fine, if you must know, I’m having really bad period cramps," you say with a pout.
"Oh, darling, why didn't you say anything sooner? You know I can help you," he coos to you.
You shrug, "I didn't think it was that bad at first and I didn't want to bother you."
"You'll never bother me, love, even for the smallest thing," Loki replies, stroking your head gently.
"Can I help you now?" he asks.
You nod in response and open the covers for him as he uses his seidr to change from his suit into soft sweats.
He climbs in next to you, pulling your back to his chest and wrapping his arms around you.
He moves one hand down to your lower abdomen and starts his warming spell to help your cramps go away.
You sign into his touch, "Thank you, Loki."
He kisses the top of your head, "Anything for you, my love."
Finally getting some pain relief, you drift off to sleep in his arms for a much-needed nap.
