York Beltrax Resurrection
Summary
York Beltrax(Original Character) was an agent apart of SHEILD. She was seen as the best of the Best besides Clint Barton and later on Natasha Romanov. She was seen as a person to look up to and dream to be like. She had worked harder than everyone else. But then during one of her missions, she goes missing. When she reappears she is being mind controlled by Hydra but no one realizes this, no one believes her.It takes the head of SHIELD, Nick Furry to convince SHIELD agent, Natasha Romanov to regain the once legendary agent in Furry's arsenal.

York Beltrax was in a cell that was made by SHIELD. She was believed to have been working for Hydra willingle but they were wrong. She was taken by Hydra years ago with the plan of making her the next Winter Soldier. A better version of him, and they did. The following years that followed the test and brainwashing made her an unstoppable weapon that was seen as the baba yaga of the underworld.

To SHIELD and everyone involved she was designated as a KIA or in other words, Killed in action. York Beltrax was lost but everyone except two different people still believed she was alive.

And until then she was dead, at least that was until a mission in the Sayan Mountains brought them together. SHIELD had sent many agents to the mountains, where they were intercepted by York. They had  fought against her and had designated her as the enemy and didn't realize she was being controlled. Because of this the two groups fought, with SHIELD barely winning with the cost of  numerous of their agents.

In the following months the brainwashing would dissipate and York would gain back control of her body. But by the time she did, no one trusted her. She tried to explain to those around her that she was brainwashed and didn’t want to hurt anyone let alone kill anyone. But to no avail.

No one trusted her and this caused her to break, to scream, to fall apart… to lose her caring nature and love for her family, SHIELD.

NO ONE saw her as Agent York, their best agent. So she did the only thing she could think of when she was put in a cell with nothing but four walls and her own thoughts.

“If they only see me as a villain… then I might as well play the part as well.”

York was sitting down in the center of her cell like every day since her imprisonment, she was humming along a melody only she knew. Over the years she had gotten into a routine, sleep, workout, shadow box, sing and eat somewhere in the mix. It was a simple routine that kept her from going completely insane. She supposed that was a lie since she lost a part of her a while ago but it was still a nice thought, or maybe it was a bad one… Well I mean it depends on-

BEEP-

O, York had a visitor. What an interesting turn of events.

She turned to the door to look outside of her window to the outside of her cell.

“Well, well ,well what a surprise. I didn’t know you would be visiting. I would have cleaned myself up a bit if I knew you were coming, Black Widow. Or are we on a name basis and not on aliases, I can't remember which…”

York saw as the Black Widow walked toward a bar that surrounded York’s cell that stopped people from following into a hole surrounding the cell that went down long enough that it would kill anyone that fell.

“We need your help York.”

York got up from the floor and stared back at the Black Widow, “Well look at you. Needing me of all people.”

York started to chuckle slowly, ”You know I’m not your friend without some greenery, right?” She started to pace back and forth, she couldn’t believe that after all these years they only came back because they needed her for something.

“Hydra has kidnapped over a dozen people and we need your help finding them.”

York stopped pacing and looked the Widow in the eyes, trying to find a lie. She hated the fact that she didn’t see any lie, “Is that so, and why should I care?”

“You should care because there are innocent kids being taken from mothers and fathers. I thought you said you were innocent and was being mind controlled back then, this is a way to prove it."

York stood looking at the Widow, she couldn’t believe the audacity that the women had just said. After all this time and now they care about her truth.

She burst out laughing…

It's too late, you can’t save me

The Black Widow stood up from her spot when she saw York laughing, there was no way her plan was working. She had hoped this would work so that they could get York to help them. ‘Why did Fury send me down here with a renowned traitor’.

“HAHAHAHAHAH, you think I still care about what you guys think?! The day you THREW ME in here and LEFT. ME. was the day I GAVE UP ON SHIELD AND WHAT THEY THINK!”

York stopped laughing at the ridiculousness of the situation, she was the villain in their story. Nothing less, nothing more, there was no reason to help them. None.

We can finally prove that we are innocent.

The Widow was surprised by this outburst. In most people they would have taken this chance to ‘prove’ themselves as ‘innocent’.  She was also getting angry, there wasn’t a lot of time before the missing people were going to be of the radar permanently.

“I am being serious. We need your help in saving these people, you know how Hydra works better than the rest. You worked for them for a period of time, willingly or not.”

York took a couple of seconds to collect herself, if she wasn’t careful her powers would start to leak out. She wouldn’t want them to realize that she could still use her powers inside her cell. “It doesn’t matter.”

York turned away from the Widow, she was done.

Is it our turn to ignore them?

Yes.

York sat down on her cell and began to hum, “~ All the good girls go to hell and no matter what happens to them nobody cares, nobody cares~”.

The Black Widow looked at York, she couldn’t tell what York wanted. It was as if she wasn’t in complete control. She saw the way York had acted when she first heard of the kids being kidnapped, she was hesitant as if unsure how to act. Every time she spoke her body language contradicted what she was saying.

“We’ll give you what you want.”

York stopped humming and looked over her shoulder, “You really want the devil on your team? I wonder whose kids are these if you guys are so desperate.”

“Do we have a deal?”

“Fine, it's been a while since i've seen the sun anyways.”
