Chapter 6
“Midoriya, there you are!” “Oh no” Mitsuki was right behind him, as he struggled to get the web off his face. He felt a little sympathetic toward the countless bad guys he’s webbed. He desperately clawed at his face, leaving Mistsuki terrified and curious as to why he was doing that. “I- I’ll be in the car soon!” She shook her head then walked in front of him.
Izuku proceed to crumble onto the ground, struggling to get the stupid web off his face. “Izuku what is up with you? I need you to face me, I understand you-“ “Auntie Mitsuki please.. I don’t want to stand up. I can’t face you right-..”
Aaaand he accidentally made the web stick on his mouth while trying to get it off. If he could, he’d have a whole mental breakdown right there. “MmmmMMM!” He said, hoping to scare Mitsuki off or something! “Get up, Bakugo is waiting.” Life really wasn’t on Izukus side now was it? But..
“He had a plan, he slowly moved himself away from me, got up and BOOKED it”
Bakugo laughed at Mitsukis story. She smiled, continuing to mix a pot of whatever she made. Izuku sat there embarrassed but happy that he didn’t get found out. He played with his food, weighing a inconsequential decision in his head. To not go get tea in the morning or to? This decision was daunting… Maybe he’d take Bakugo along with him to make the journey less perilous? Yes it was a short walk that part wasn’t the problem. The problem… Was you.
“Y/N! Don’t forget to do the back windows!” “Yes ma’am you replied.” You sighed, you love your job, painting on windows, advertising special events and or lower prices people disguise as rare ‘bargains-’ Treats. But you wanted to do something more.
Sure it was fun because a crowd would sometimes gather around and marvel at your ‘impressive’ smooth hand movements to make the letters, doing this for 2 years you noticed people usually enjoyed watching you write the letters C,E,A or even V. You were everywhere, but this cafe
liked to hire you a lot.
Charming humming filled your ears, a regular little tune of the boy who came here for tea. You continued your work, looking back. The boy usually.. No, always had his eye on you. It was kind of creepy.
He walked past you and walked into the Cafe, getting his tea heading out, taking a deep breath that was painfully easy to figure out that he was trying to cover it by blowing his tea, you watched him as he blew too hard and the liquid blasted up to the surface, burning him. He ended up just dropping the whole cup. Burning a passerby.
Until now you have never seen someone drop to their knees as they beg for forgiveness as fast as he did. Geez this humming dude was not having a good day, huh? Why did he try to hide his deep breath? The boy shyly walked back to the door “You saw that.. didn’t you?” You smiled. “Saw what?” The boy rolled his eyes. “Uhm.. My name is Izuku” you giggled.
