I blame Pedro for this, in that video where he was laughing because Oscar had said that Moon knigth was stronger than Din. I couldn't get that idea out of my head and here it is.As always, I remind you that I am not an English-based author, so there will be spelling and grammar errors, I am not a specialist in Egypt either so you're warned and the characters belong to their own authors, I don't receive income for this and I only write it for have fun and entertain others.

Across the portal

Layla took a deep breath and using the wall as a foothold, she kicked the side of the fence.

The old metal, as she had predicted, due to its years, separated from the wall enough to leave a crack through which she could easily escape.

“Wait!” exclaimed the avatar of Horus holding her arm “Where do you think you're going?”

The woman lowered her gaze to the guy's hand on her skin and then looked up again to stare into the other's eyes.

She didn't need too much explanation to know that the man in front of her was going to try to do something stupid, because he wasn't in his right mind.

Evidently being abandoned by Horus, when Ammit severed the avatars' union with most of the gods, had affected the blonde's brain. At first, he had only been disoriented and scared, which hadn’t seemed abnormal to her, but now he had a disjointed face and the look of those who are going through a situation of deprivation of consumption of some substance.

It didn't surprise her.

Marc and Khonshu had a similar relationship.

And, although she had never said it, she had always feared that the day her husband stopped wearing the suit, something similar would happen to him.

She shook her head then, she wasn't going to be able to reason with someone like that.

“I'm asking you something! Answer!”

The blond yelled at her again, shaking Layla's arm hard. But, before he could try anything else, the Egyptian woman closed her fist on the hilt of one of her daggers and moving her free hand quickly, she cut the other on the wrist which caused him to release her arm allowing her to took the opportunity to sneak through the fence and the wall.

“Come back! Come back! Dammit!”

Exclaimed the former avatar of the falcon-headed god behind Layla's back, as she hurried down the hall.

She had to find Marc and Steven.

They had to stop Ammit.

Khonshu knew when the chant began.

A gentle breeze brought the words.

The voices of the avatars of Hathor and Anubis called for his freedom.

The god smiled when he heard that the woman's voice had been joined by that of a child.

And they called him crazy.

Anubis was ten times worse.

But in all honesty, Khonshu couldn't judge anyone on the subject of insanity, because his entire existence had been a challenge to sanity.

Nor could he criticize the jackal-headed god for choosing a descendant of his to be an avatar, because... Khonshu himself should also consider his own descendants from now on.

Kebechet.

Fresh water.

Hathor had been extremely bold.

She had rubbed her husband in the face the site of their child's conception through the child’s own name.

Thebes.

The temple.

The waters of the Nile.

Memories of another time when, in the midst of a debate over the fate of the gods, Hathor's gaze had rested on his and the rest, as mortals said, had been history.

Khonshu then struck the sand on which he was standing with his staff, joining his voice to that of the boy and the woman.

He wasn’t going to miss this opportunity that destiny handed him.

Neither Ammit, nor Harrow, nor Horus, nor Anubis, nor anyone, were going to deprive him of his freedom and the chance to meet his daughter.

No one.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The jackal-headed god held his hands above the heads of Grogu and Yatzil, singing along with them as he let them use his powers to break Khonshu's prison.

It was imperative that the moon god come out of his ushabti.

Ammit had grown too powerful and, as far as Anubis could tell, she had succeeded in imprisoning the gods who weren’t yet imprisoned in their figurines by the Ennead, in the void, severing their link to the mortal earth.

Only the jackal-headed god had been spared, for being in his Galaxy at the time of the combat, and Hathor, because she had managed to flee on time.

So, he couldn't count on reinforcements.

They had to make it.

Anubis's eyes gleamed in the darkness of the chamber, as small cracks began to show in Khonshu's ushabti and a deep defiant voice came from his gut.

The moon god had joined them.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

“Skywalker?”

Luke heard as he walked through the portal and found that he had Grogu's father at his side.

“Din?” the Jedi asked in amazement “What are you doing here?”

“What I’m doing here? What are you doing here?!” the Mandalorian questioned him in response “This place is dangerous!”

“All the more reason!” the Jedi replied again, placing his hands on his hips “If it's dangerous, you shouldn't be here!”

“Listen Jedi...”

“No, you listen to me...”

“Ehemmm... Luke, honey, it's not that... we don't appreciate this exchange, but... are you sure this is the place to discuss with this gentleman we don't know and that we would like for you to introduce to us?”

His sister told him and the Jedi Master, for the first time after crossing that door to another world, realized that he was half yelling at Grogu's father, in front of an entire audience.

“This is your Layla, right?” asked a strange man completely dressed in white to Din “He's handsome”

“What?” Din replied, moving his hands emphatically “No! It's not what it seems! He is my son's Master!”

“Which gives a whole new meaning to picking up the kid from school, huh”

“Han…”

“After what we just saw, tell me I'm not right, Leia”

“If I don't say that you don’t, but let's try not to scare my new brother-in-law”

Oh, by the Force, where was a deep well when a Jedi needed one?

His sister and her husband had just named Din as their brother-in-law!

To his face!

Grogu's father!

The father from his student!

And this… friend with which the Mandalorian was seemed to believe something similar!

“Look all of you…”

Luke started to say, feeling his cheeks burn, but Han ignore him.

“Solo. Han Solo” the pilot of the Millennium Falcon said to Din, extending his hand “And you are?”

“Din Djarin”

The Mandalorian replied, returning the greeting, which made his brother-in-law smile from ear to ear.

“Then my friend, let me introduce you to my wife, the sister of your Jedi Master, Leia Organa-Solo”

As expected, Leia smoothed her hair and stepped forward to shake Din's hand as well.

“Manda’lor, bic cuyir an ijaat at urcir gar (Manda’lor, it is an honor to meet you)”

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"This is definitely the worst time to meet your boyfriend’s family, but... I can't say it's not entertaining to watch this show, Steven"

Marc affirmed and the former museum gift seller stifled a giggle when he saw how the hooded blond boy had the cheeks of the color of a tomato and was babbling trying to stop who, if he had understood correctly, were his sister and brother-in-law.

“Princess” the silver armored warrior replied to the woman bowing his head “te ijaat cuyir pal'vut”

"What did he just say?"

Marc asked strangely.

“I'm not sure because I can tell that it isn’t a terrestrial language but, by context, I could almost assure that she told him that she was delighted or honored to meet him and he replied that the honor was his”

Steven commented loudly, causing the woman's face to turn staring at him.

Moon Knight swallowed hard.

The silver warrior had called her “Princess”.

The woman was a person of rank and, it didn’t take much to understand that, she was also someone very sagacious.

“To what God do you serve?”

The Princess asked Steven.

“Khonshu, ma'am”

The former souvenir seller answered hurriedly, sinking his knee on the floor.

"Steven! What the hell are you doing?!"

“Shut up” he mumbled listening to Marc “The woman is royalty and not from Earth”

“But she's not a medieval princess, Steven! You're making a fool of yourself!"

“Hey, you” said the woman's husband approaching him and leaning down to see him directly in the eyes “My name is Han. Han Solo. General of the Galaxy. What are your names?”

“Steven… and Marc”

He responded astonished that the man asked him about both of them.

“Friends or enemies of…? What was your grandfather's name love?”

“Anubis”

“Taking into account that they are the avatar of Khonshu and that Anubis is freeing that same god right now, I would say that friends, your Highness”

Explained to the woman and her husband the Mandalorian.
