Note
~Daisy/Skye was raised as Hydra ~everything is still the same till s1 which I will write about in the prologue.~Daisy/Skye does have her powers and had them the whole time.~ I have seen AoS once and half times so I remember the basics but as much a I like canon which will be for the basic 'plot' but i will be making up stuff.~ all ages the same but Skye/Daisy will be a bit younger then her age in the film(25-26) at the being of the show.~ I'm basing Skye/Daisy by her looks in the comics, like the with the pixie cut.~don't expect much, plus the story will probably move quickly as I can't write any filler chapters for life.

Chapter 5

Daisy was thankful for her status at Hydra because in times like this can be abused. And since Whitehalls death, she had gotten a lot more respect within Hydra, But they where unaware of her intentions. She walked down rows of empty cells, her heels clicking echoing through the old castle, which once held people that were once alive but now dead because of her.

The realisation hit her a few weeks ago when she realised that why she was doing was wrong. Once again she was overseeing an experiment/operation. It was one thing being the experiment but she had never seen the overside.

She may be a killer who has blood dripping from her hands but she killed or hoped she had killed people who did wrong in her eyes. She was blinded by Hydra's ways that it was difficult to see the good in the world when you thought that what she saw was normal.

But S.H.I.E.L.D made her see again, everything she had been through as saw overs suffer the same fate was not the normal life for anyone. And the suffering she had endured because of her failures just made her be the best she could be without any repercussions.

As Hydra security had doubled when Simmons and Morse revealed themselves and got away without repercussions. But she had gotten the brut force at her end, being blamed as she told them Jemma could be trusted.

But when S.H.I.E.L.D got their location, getting back to one with powers and Mike Peterson back she didn't fight them just focused on her safety. She watched from after as the base was blown up. Then it came that she was on the wrong end of this never-ending war and wanted it to stop.

The woman had made it to the cells holding the twins who had fulled her experiments making her gain more power than needed.

The boy was whizzing around his cell but the girl was making blocks float like she had done day in and day out. When they had seen her they cowered back, she let a small smile on her lips hoping to comfort them even in the slightest way possible.

"I'm getting you out, but you need to listen to me." opening the fire's cell she handed the girl a jacket, a dress and a pair of boots. She slowly edged forward as if she had read her mind.

Then with the boy, she handed the first too she had seen a blue long sleeve gym shirt with jeans and some trainers.

"dođi jedan." Daisy whispered to them in Serbian, the language of the Sokovians. Only when she had gotten them to come with her did the ground started to shake and the only thing she had known her powers hadn't gotten out of control was that she had felt nothing. But the vibrations in the shaking city did bloom a headache.

"Get people out of the city, looks like we have company." as she looked to our side she saw the Avengers manoeuvring people also out of the city.

-—————————————————

Getting the City evacuated wasn't hard the people that remained couldn't get away quick enough as now the city was rising at a particularly fast rate. Also, a lot were stuck on the taller buildings so it would be a lot trickier to have gotten them out before they started to float.

She watched as the Avengers sorted out their problems with flying robots, using her ability to disintegrate the ones that came too close to her.

Daisy didn't cover with meeting with them, and Wanda and Pietro as she learned had fit right in right with the group. The Avengers would notice the Hydra logo a mile away and with Captain America who was created by S.H.I.E.L.D two were created to stop Hydra would be in sight.

She wandered around Sokovia, the city that Hydra had bent with its influence. It wasn't the prettiest place with tall apartment buildings that looked run down in areas. She could see why the place had been manipulated, Hydra promised a better future if they let the experiments run on criminals.

That's where they had found the twins, poor and easily to my mind for their need. It was nothing at first but when they both interacted with the stone, both displayed results that had Whitehall mouth-watering at the sight to build up his weapon.

Only backfired on her when instead of multiple super-powered individuals, he decided to have one with great powers that their enemies wouldn't dare go against them.

So one could say she let the two out for her benefit and maybe she did. But who knew what could happen if they drained Wanda of her blood and transfused it to her giving her powers she couldn't control and when that happens and she couldn't stop she would be worried about the outcome.

Turning around, Daisy had enough time to pull a barrier around Pietro before he was shot multiple times, but she had also saved the Avenger as well.

"We have a third party," Hawkeye said over the coms as he set the boy in Pietros arms to be sent to safety away from any stray bullet.

Daisy had two options, Run as far as she could on the flying city and wait for it to fall or reveal herself and get handed over to S.H.I.E.L.D. She went with the last hoping to form a deal with them.

As she moved out of her space, Romanoff had jogged her way over to Barton's side. He must have seen the logo stitched in her Suit as he drew his bow back aiming it at her.

"Hydra, kinda hoping my stunt would have sent them running. Expose them." Romanoff said tilting her chin in her direction.

"If a head is cut off, two more shall take its place or whatever I don't keep count. Anyways don't shoot." Daisy said raising her hands as if mocking surrendering. Barton only seem unconvinced and narrowed his eyes at her. That's as the thing with being Hydra is that no one believes you anymore and says your 'a bunch of terrorists' which she would agree on.

"Well unless you have a way of fixing this mess then you won't be needed." Though he must have been sent a command thought the coms and lowered his bow but still took a fighting stance. While Romanoff seemed to look bored, she knew it because she was like that too. Always wanting action and didn't need to be ready to see it coming just throw yourself in unplanned and do anything necessary.

"I do and well let's just say you might what to get of Sokovia before it happens." The brunette has two raised eyebrows as neither made a move to leave. So she pushed a little bit of her power into the ground making it shake more than before.

"What was that?" The woman of the due looked at her now with a sleek pistol pointed directly at the middle of her head.

"Hydras weapon and let's say it is quite destructive, so might I warn you that you better not want to be in its vicinity when it happens. The shield is waiting is, it not?" It's not that Daisy enjoyed saying she's a weapon but they didn't know what or who it was.

As they started both to walkway they turned to see the woman planted in the same place, they must have thought she was going to join them.

"You're not coming, Shield could find you a way out, someone with your skills will make a great agent. I have read the file they made for you in your time with the mobile group. You impressed Fury which is harder than it seems." Barton spoke to her in a somewhat soft tone and lowers his bow, he was too trusting for his good. But if she wasn't fixated on what needed to be done she would have taken up the offer.

"Someone has to set off the device plus not the way I imagined to go but it shall do." She looked at them urging them to go. But Romanoff seemed to do a double-take on her as if she knew her, she remembered her alright.

"Don't die, Taisiya," Romanoff said, she remembered as well then. She tilted her chin in her direction giving the redhead a ghost smile.

"Would plan on it, Natalia." Daisy gave her a wink as the duo walked away to the helicarrier that had successfully gotten the rest of the city away.

Clint look at his longest friend as they departed the Hydra agent and were on their way to the helicarrier. He was the only one who knew about Natasha's childhood.

"You were trained together, in the red room? Was she a part of the program?" Natasha let a laugh at his many questions Clint was the type that wanted to know everything about anyone he had worked with.

"No, she was pure Hydra. Came in a few times a month. Trains then go back. Stopped when I was nineteen I presumed she had died turns out she's a Weapon that Hy—" But she seemed to stop a look over her face, as she had known what was going to happen. But they were too close to the helicarrier to turn back now.

Plus the City began to shake as an earthquake had hit but that would have been impossible if Aliens hadn't fallen out of the sky or an A. I tried to take over the world.
They ran the rest of the way back and just about made it on the Carrier before the edges of the city turned to dust.

They ran to the room where Fury was, the rest of the team who still believed in his death was still practically in shock when they first headed his voice-over coms.

"Director, Sir Hydra ha-" Clint panted out as they skidded into the control room, the agents who were working didn't even look their way seemingly used to the behaviour of field agents busted in rooms without permission.

"One I'm not the Director anymore. And two a weapon, I know the ability to manipulate the vibrations in anything she's ripping the city apart." Clint and Natasha were shocked that Fury wasn't the Director anymore and that they hadn't been informed about someone who had taken the daunting role. But it's someone who Fury trusted which didn't come easily to anyone.

"She's ripping it up alright," Clint informed them to move to the window and it was a sight to behold.
