Note
~Daisy/Skye was raised as Hydra ~everything is still the same till s1 which I will write about in the prologue.~Daisy/Skye does have her powers and had them the whole time.~ I have seen AoS once and half times so I remember the basics but as much a I like canon which will be for the basic 'plot' but i will be making up stuff.~ all ages the same but Skye/Daisy will be a bit younger then her age in the film(25-26) at the being of the show.~ I'm basing Skye/Daisy by her looks in the comics, like the with the pixie cut.~don't expect much, plus the story will probably move quickly as I can't write any filler chapters for life.

Chapter 3

She could help the gasp that let out of her mouth and the bile that rose to her throat. Jemma moved like animation to stand on one side of the table.

It was Skye laying in the middle of what looked like an unsanitary metal table. Two experiments seemed to go on twice which can't be healthy.

It was the state of Skye's body that made her sick. On her front was a 'Y' shaped scar covering the stomach, an autopsy had been performed on her. Then it was multiple scars on her each of her sides and up her arms and legs.

But the bullet scars, even the two she had gotten from Quinn. Burn marks also. No one questioned why she wore long sleeves all the time, the Bus was quite cold.

"Jemma Simmons. Mrs Johnson recommends that you are doing less for your skills. Said you like to follow Science and since S.H.I.E.L.D. fell you came here. Now for your first assessment, you must help her." A man said, with grey hair and round glasses. She hadn't met him before but is more likely Whitehall.

Also, Mrs Johnson must be Skye's real last name. And not only had Skye vouched for her but kept her cover. She probably wanted something from her, that's what Hydra did making you feel like you own them something in return.

"Well, if your Agent listened to what I had to say when she wouldn't be like this. You should have placed the blood in first and once that reaction had finished then inject the stabiliser. And she's dying so you put both in at once." She put on a fake calmness, Bobbie had taught her that which at times like this felt right.

Sometimes Jemma underestimates how stupid the Hydra agents could be. All she did was inject the last of the stabiliser into Skye and her heart started beating again. It would have seemed like a miracle but it was to her simple knowledge.

Even some of the doctors held in their breaths as she heard collective sighs around the room. Jemma had to retain from shaking her head.

Though Whitehall did look quite angry at the doctors, he saw how simple it was and it seemed the doctors were making it out to be more complicated than it looked. If this didn't get her a promotion then she wouldn't know what else to do.

-——————————————————-

Daisy woke up with a splitting headache as she looked at the brightness of the infirmary. She groaned as her whole body felt like she had been put through the worst punishment she had been in. And it made her wonder if she didn't do something wrong as her last memory was Whitehall looking over her before it all fades to black.

The sound of the heart monitor must have sensed her anxiousness of being disappointed as it spiked a bit, only went down when she remembered Whitehall can't lay a finger on her anymore.

Then her eyes fell on Jemma who all but seemed to care she was there, ignoring her existence. Daisy pulled out a USB drive from her bra and rethink her decision.

"Look, Je-Simmons I know you don't want to speak to me right now. But I know your little secret so I guess you should know mine. And no it's not a bomb or a tracker. Even let Coulson and Morse look at it if you must."

Jemma looked stricken as she here's about Daisy's confession of knowing her alliance and Morses as well. This woman was the head of Hydra and they don't do well to traitors. Plus the lab was swarmed with rumours about the heads and Daisy was the centre of them all. Someone in the lab across from her said that 'Johnson had shot some guy because he made a right mess of the lab and split a chemical down her.'

She watched tentatively as she put the USB drive on the side table even pushing it lightly so it was closer to Jemma.

Jemma wearily took the drive inspecting it to shock her or some other disgusting things Hydra had up their sleeve. But it was just a normal drive which she will give to Coulson tonight as he was due around. Though she didn't question how she knew about Morse just hope she doesn't rat them out before they can plan an exit from what seemed to be a living hell.

Jemma made no indication to speak just checking her vitals. Daisy fought hard not to flinch at the feel of the cold rubber gloves against her skin as the woman poked and prodded her.

She didn't ask questions even if she looked she wanted all the ones running on her head answered. And Daisy hoped the USB answered them all.

Jemma before she left had slid Daisy her book on astrophysics as if to signify some sort of understanding between the once friends.

After Daisy watched Jemma leave and probably earn a promotion, due to her request her skills are being wasted. She opened up the book because anything at the moment could clear her boredom on bed rest, a piece of paper fell out written in Jemma's neat loopy handwriting.

It began, 'Skye, Daisy or whatever you are named now betrayed Shield which is something I nor the rest of the team couldn't forgive. But what they had/doing to you is not right. The scars on your body say a story that I would rather not hear.

Get out while you can, Run. You deserve redemption. I saw it on the bus even if it all was an act. Erase your background. But you can't go to shield because you will be locked up or sent to the fridge if it ever gets reconstructed.

Jemma.

While Jemma's letter had been completely right she can and would have gotten out. She had tried to run with a group of mercenaries a few years ago. But was brung back in and appointed Head of Hydra sealing her fate.

But she was nothing that Hydra was, yes she had the violent ruthless killing like most. She believed in what S.H.I.E.L.D was doing and she sure didn't want to resurrect a space alien or carry on the red skulls legacy.

So she lay there gripping Jemma's note, at least one person believed she deserves redemption after the horrors shown on the drive.

She noticed the buzzing under her skin from her powers seemed to have changed it was almost as if it had changed to water and flowing underneath her skin. Unleash the power that was building up.

Daisy focused her power as she would create a ball of vibrations floating in her hand. Usually, the ball looked like an invisible force but up close it was like a blur of air.

But now it had scarlet like vines wrapping around the ball, for once when she repressed her power her bones didn't feel like breaking but rather grew stronger as the power built up under her skin.

She never noticed Daniel Whitehall watched from a hidden camera,
Smiling at the weapon he had created. He let out a laugh with a wide smile on his face seemingly surprising his assistant.

"Everything alright, Sir?" The brunette asked her boss because he started to cough a bit after the laughter. Internally the lady was rolling her eyes at the guy and hoped he would drop dead.

"Agent Morse, look here. Hydra will finally get what it wanted and you will be on the front lines." A chill was sent down Bobbie's spine and she walked over to Whitehall. One look at the computer screen and she felt sick.

A girl was laying in the bed pale but overwise okay, but she couldn't shake the feeling that the girl looked oddly familiar. But the bed she lay covered in the blood plus the room didn't look in great shape. This girl was covered in old and new scars and the recently stitched ones weren't even covered up just lazily stitched. If this girl wasn't a Head of Hydra then she would have probably kidnapped her and taken her back to S.H.I.E.L.D. Coulson wouldn't be happy about this.

-—————————————————

Back in Jemma's apartment, the trio crowed around the laptop reading what the USB stick had contained. And well after that, they won't be eating dinner.

"Why does she stay?" Turns out Daisy had given them her whole Hydra file with videos and photos attached they reluctantly watched.

"I don't know but I feel like I have seen her before and not from the image you gave me. Maybe I'll ask Hunter he has loads of connections maybe he'll have seen her in his time In Hydra."

The videos in Coulson made him feel mad. Like he could have done something, if he would have known about, Skye or Daisy as the file said, then he would have attempted to push her to his side.

And the videos weren't normal all of the surgeries or her killing people for classes. Each one was in a style of a home video but instead of a baby's first Christmas' it was Daisy's first operation without anything to numb the pain. The screams of the younger still rang in his head.

Jemma wasn't speaking just looking at her plate and moving the food around it. Everyone and anything to do with Hydra was just so messed up, and she was scared if she stayed in for too long then maybe he would succumb to the horrible fate.

-—————————————————

"Now Daniel do I need to remind you what happens?" A sly voice echoed around the dark office reaching the ears of the older man.

"If I don't listen then my compliance won't be rewarded." His voice was void of any emotion, as his eyes stared straight ahead.

The woman let out a sly grin, his weapon used against him.
