It’s like a Living Nightmare

Sequel to Not the Life I Dreamt For You. Spoilers: this is still very much not the life Tony dreamt for his son.

Very excited to write this new story! It is a sequel to my first fic ever. Things to know if you haven’t read the previous story:1. Peter is Tony’s biological son. Tony lost him when he was nearly 2 when he was presumed dead after a car crash.2. Tony found out just before the events of Infinity War, and when he brought everyone (his son) back, Peter snapped instead.3. Peter lost an arm, and now has an advanced lifelike prosthetic. I didn’t touch too much on the prosthetic in the original but I’ll be important for Peter in this story. It’s in the tags but want to put it here too.4. I have created a world with a friend where Peter met Leo Fitz from AOS at the Stark Expo, and they became like family. I’ve included that relationship in this story. So FitzSimmons and Daisy will be featured.5. In addition, and related to that a little, for this story, SHIELD is heavily integrated in Peter’s life more than he even realized. His parents who adopted him were SHIELD agents and were the ones who rescued him when he was being held captive as a toddler.6. May and Ben had no idea Peter was a rescue when Richard and Mary adopted him. None of them knew he was the son to Tony Stark. I think aside from that bit of background, it’ll be okay being read as it’s own story! Now that the authors note is about as long as the first chapter, I’ll get to the story!
