Work
"Now," you stood from the mat, watching as the kids shuffled to kneel in a semi-circle around you. "we only have a few minutes left of class, do we want to play a little game?" You held your hands together as the kids started cheering and jumping. You smiled, your heart fluttering. This was what life was truly for, wasn't it. Not death, not destruction. Aaron, who was helping you teach the kids, stepped up to start instructing the game, Sharks and Minnows, while you took a step off the mat and took a drink of water. You heard a soft tap at the door and turned, seeing one of them gesturing for you to follow them. Your eyes shut.
You bowed out of the area and exited, following him out the door and to the smaller office where you could have some privacy.
"This file must be burned once you have memorized it. All of the details are in there," he handed you the file and walked out. You sat in the chair, untying your belt and throwing off the top of the Gi. You looked through it.

Use of an IED given within file ]
Your eyebrows furrowed, turning the page over to try and find more details about this one. Usually you weren't one to use an IED, you were more of a one-shot person. You placed the paper down and turned to check the door. It was closed. You grabbed the next paper.

You brows furrowed more. You usually didn't go in, this wasn't what you did. And a partner? All of this was new to you.
You grabbed the IED and looked at it closer before finding the detonator, a bobby pin. You placed everything back inside the file before grabbing your Gi top and hiding it within the fabric, leaving the office.
"Hey, John, I gotta head out, there's some family stuff I gotta deal with," you called out to him, and he gave a hum of approval before you picked up the rest of your stuff from the staff locker room and headed out. You unlocked your car and sat down, throwing your stuff onto the passenger seat before looking at the file once more.
Getting home, you unlocked the door and kicked off your shoes. Karen was sitting on the couch, a bag of chips in hand while she watched whatever new show was on. She looked up and waved softly, while you walked by before dropping everything off in your room and changing quick.
"There was a package again for you, are you sure you don't have a sugar daddy?" She raised her eyebrows suggestively. You smacked her arm, before the two of you fell together giggling.
"God, I wish. I don't make nearly enough with the job I've got," you huffed. "Helping repay dads debts really don't help with mortgage, huh?" You slumped further into the cushions. She shifted and bit her lip. Your heart skipped a beat. "What?"
"I may or may not have created you a user for a website," she hummed and you threw your head back. "But hey! You already have a couple of messages!" She tossed out while handing you the laptop you both used periodically. You opened it and looked at your profile first. It had a different name and everything, but she was right. You bit your lip, clicking on a few of the profiles of the people who had messaged you. All of them seemed like regular old men who just wanted a younger girl to hang on their arms.
"Listen, I forgive you for now, but I'm not fucking any of these old guys," you told her. She grabbed the laptop and clicked onto the current messages form. "Who is that?" There was a small chain of messages between 'yourself' and another person.
Karen smiled proudly. "That, my friend, is someone who is not super old or works off of daddys money. I wasn't able to get his name, but he does know that I was messaging for you since you were out. Text him, I think he'll be cute!" She shook your arm before getting up and going to her room. "I have a date with Foggy soon, but do keep me updated!" She called out before closing the bathroom door. You looked through the messages.
D<[Hello there, how are you? ]
Y<[ Hi! I'm not currently home, but my roommate is answering for me ;) ]
There was a pause in the messages for about an hour.
D<[Please have her text me when she is home. ]
Y<[It's ok, I can tell you about her a bit if you'd like, daddy ]
D<[ I'd rather hear from her. And please do not call me Daddy, either. ]
Y<[ Well can I at least get your name then? ]
He didn't respond after that. You sighed heavily and clicked on his profile. He had a few pictures of himself in a nice suit and god damn. He was tall. You shifted, thighs pressing together, looking through a few more, he leaned onto a desk in another, his hands spread and his veins. Your hands were clammy. You opened the messages again.
Y<[ Hey, sorry about my roommate, how are you? ]
There was barely a pause before he was typing and responded.
D<[ I'm good, darling, how are you? ]
Y<[ I'm good ]
You paused there. How was this supposed to go? You closed the laptop before setting it down and going into your own room. You grabbed the package.
Opening it, it was a deep purple ballgown, a few inches too long for you but with a set of extremely high black heels. A few extra pieces of jewelry adorned it. You quickly pulled off your clothes before pulling on the dress, watching it flow down onto yourself, the top tight before releasing into the skirt. You hopped onto the bed and put the heels on.
Looking into your mirror you were now a few inches taller than before. The dress was the perfect length now. And god did it look good on you. You put on the extra jewelry, the necklace that laid just above the neckline, bringing attention to your cleavage. You pulled the couple of bracelets on and the earrings as well. You tightened the belt around your waist. Good god you were hot.
You pulled open the website on your phone, checking it quickly.
D<[ That's good. Are you interested in becoming my sugar baby? ]
Straight to business, you thought.
Y<[ I'm honestly not sure. I wasn't really expecting this when I got home lol ]
D<[ That's ok. We can chat and get to know each other a little bit before you decide, I'll send you some stuff as well. Get you a little accustomed to this, how does that sound? ]
Y<[ Ok, yeah, that works. ]
D<[ Perfect. Set up an account on Paypal or another site like that so I can send money. Set up a PO box as well, I assume you don't want me knowing your address right now, I'll send you the money for that as part of your allowance should you accept this. ]
Your heart fluttered as you began doing everything he said. Why were you just going along with it? You never just did that. You were always in control of everything. Either way, you wouldn't say no, this was a golden opportunity to get enough savings for once you started school again.
You sent him the information before tossing your phone down and changing once more. You glanced at the file that was sitting under the Gi in your closet. The Gala was going to be in two weeks. You could pretend to live a normal life before it.
