Lay low, just the three of us.
The trio were sitting in the living room processing what had happened, Oeznik had offered to make them their dinner, just to help them out this evening, Zemo was trying to make dinner but Oeznik had insisted and made sure to hug Zemo as he seemed to be extra tired or stressed tonight. Oeznik was like a father to Zemo, the only person that has fully stuck with him until now. and Zemo will always have time and love for the man. They always make sure they have their daily tea together and their games of chess.
However, the trio were sitting in the living room, in their comfy clothes. ''I cant believe, he was there, does that mean people know about us' Sam started to stress.
'its okay he didn't see us, and he hasn't really been spotted since his removal as captain America, besides we haven't heard anything over the radio or tv, so if people were to know about us, it would be to very unlikely we would be found here. Bucky Added.
Zemo agreed saying ''all we really need to do is lay low, just for a few days, just to make sure, we have everything we need''
Sam and Bucky were a bit annoyed that they had to stay in the vicinity of the forest park, as they wanted to explore, but they agreed none the less because it was for their own safety, Zemos and Oeznik's safety.
'Gentlemen, your dinner is ready'' Oeznik said with a smile. ''thank you so much dear friend'' Zemo said and got up to go hug Oeznik and then go to the dining room, Sam and Bucky followed, patting Oeznik on the back and thanking him greatly.
and if Sam and Bucky didn't share a smile and the hug between the almost Father and son, then it TOTALLY didn't happen.
Their dinner was a simple spaghetti Bolognese with garlic bread. and they eat it happily having conversations, forgetting about the whole situation that had happened an hour prior.
after their dinner and washing up the dishes, the trio went to the living room and put some tv on. they added Netflix onto the tv and put on John Mulaneys' stand up routine 'the comeback kid'.
and they all stretched out. the three of them sat on the same sofa. and under a cover that Zemo brought over. Bucky had never seen John before, so this was an added opportunity. and the laughs and giggles roared out the three of them. forgetting the world around them. But Zemo was giggling the most. who knew an ex- =master mind had the most stupid and adorable humour. and Sam and Bucky wanted to keep hearing that laugh on and on. it was so strange to hear the men genuinely laugh.
it was a few stand up comedy's later when Sam felt a wait on his shoulder, he turned his head to see an adorable sleeping Zemo resting on his shoulder. and if he didn't want to see that face forever, he didn't know what will. Zemos face had a grumpy pot on it and Zemo couldn't help but smile. He couldn't resist putting his hand through Zemos hair, stroking it. Zemo leaned it to it. Sam looked over at Bucky, who was smiling helplessly as him, while his legs were sprawled over Zemos lap. 'Do you think we should take him to bed' Bucky questioned.
'Yeah, he would have a sore neck or back if we didn't, plus I don't want him sleeping on his own all the way down here'' Sam said.
