Boba Fett x Reader

He knows exactly what he’s doing, there’s no way he doesn’t and that makes him the most diabolical man in the entire fucking galaxy.

The infamous Boba Fett took you under his wing after witnessing an impressive fight you’ve had with the sand people. He stopped them from continuing to attack you and you stayed with him ever since. You are a fast learner and not really an overly talkative person when there is no need for words, he can appreciate both features and actually found your company enjoyable. He’d gotten more and more relaxed around you, as much as Boba can actually relax. He had given you nicknames you didn’t understand and he refused to tell you their meanings, saying they are just pet names in Mando’a, there’s nothing bad about them.

That was before Fennec joined you. Boba had put up all his walls again, not showing any affection towards you and it hurt a little but as you looked at his interactions with the other bounty hunter you realised, despite saving her life and accepting her claim to repay that debt by his side, he didn’t trust her and wasn’t willing to show her any weakness, including whatever relationship he had with you.

Fen quickly proved herself though, Boba let his guard down a little but the nicknames didn’t come back and you started to think again, what was your initial thought at the first time you received the cold shoulder. You thought he was interested in her and you felt yourself become a third wheel, which hurt even more than the ignorance of what you had before.

So never having the patience for subtlety, when you stay in Mos Pelgo for the night after following through the lead, you ask Fen to give you a moment with him to talk and she obliges without a word though she gives you a weird look before she leaves for the cantina.

You find him on the edge of the town, near his ship as he cleans his rifle. Approaching him slowly, you try to find the courage to ask what has weightened you down for weeks now. But when you reach him you can’t find the words. He looks at you, waiting a little for you to speak but he can see how nervous you are so he speaks first.

“What’s wrong?” His brows furrowed as he stands to walk closer to you and take your hands in his.

“Do you want me to leave?” You finally manage to ask with a shaky voice and wide eyes that are glistening with tears that you are desperately trying to hold back.

“Where is this coming from?” His expression getting more stern, thinking someone has told you something to hurt you.

“I… It doesn’t matter, just… Do you… Do you want me to leave?” You can feel a single tear slide down your cheek which he brushes away gently.

“Do you want to leave…?” He doesn’t finish. He can’t bare to ask if you want to leave him.

“I hate it when you do that. Can’t you just answer the question?” This he can deal with, unlike your tears he is familiar with your short temper.

“Can’t you answer mine?” His teasing achieves what he’s trying to do and even though you don’t smile he can see how your lip is turning upwards a little and it reaches your expressive eyes.

“I don’t” You manage to get out the simple answer and wait for his, not daring to look at him. You nervously look down and bite your lip but he raises your gaze by his hold on your cheek.

“Then stay.” He says quietly, silently pleading you to never leave him. You nod, smiling shyly and he presses a kiss to your temple. “Good girl.”

The endearment makes you blush and shiver in the hot night, which he definitely noticed but says nothing about it as he parts from you reluctantly.

The pet names are still not showing up as frequently as they used to but he calls you good girl with every chance he gets. You swear, he knows exactly what he’s doing, there’s no way he doesn’t and that makes him the most diabolical man in the entire fucking galaxy.

Whenever he uses that praise you begin to blush and bite you lip to try to hide the effect it has on you. He’s also touching you more, it’s never too much, mostly just a brush of your cheek here and there but it sets you on fire and makes you extremely frustrated and yearning for more.

When you catch up to the Mandalorian you witness Boba fight without holding back for the first time. You watch in awe as he takes down the troopers without his armour and witness him going absolutely feral when he finally has it on.

When Boba offers his service to Mando to repay his debt which he agreed to be in for the return of his armour he only speaks for himself and Fen. Which doesn’t escape the Mandalorian’s notice so he directs his attention to you for the first time since you have met.

“And you?” He asks simply in two words about your plans and your name and so much more, but you don’t engage in a conversation with him, only telling him the one thing he needs to know.

“I”ll go wherever he goes.” You state the truth as you look at Boba, taking in the sight of him again.

When you are on your way to the prison site you approach the Mandalorian who is literally sulking in the corner. “I know it’s not a good time for this at all but I have limited options and I really need to know something.”

He looks up at you and surprises you with his answer. “You owe me nothing, if I can help you with anything in return for your help…”

“I…” You want to tell him he doesn’t owe you anything but if it gets you what you want you will shamelessly use this opportunity. “Do you know Mando’a?”

“Yes?” He confirms shortly which rather sounds like a question, making you think this will not be that easy after all.

“I need to know the meaning of some words.” You spit it out quickly before you can change your mind.

“To teach an outsider our language…” Oh, so that’s what all the fussing is about? You don’t let him finish though. He has what you need and you are determined to find out any way you can.

“That’s not what I’m asking, I only need to know what a few of them mean.” You bargain with him.

“Fett said them to you?” Mando asks with suspicion after a long moment of silence.

“Yes.” You say quickly, then the thought occurs to you that you might not want to share what Boba said between the two of you, but he really left you no other options so you try to get the meanings again.  “He said they were just…nicknames and… I just need to know.”

“Alright.” He sighs, giving in. “What are the words?”

When Boba comes back to this section of the ship, he looks for you first, as he always does but the sight takes his breath away for an entirely different reason than it usually does.

You are sitting next to the Mandalorian and you are talking in a hushed voice but what makes Boba’s blood turn cold is your expression. The one only reserved for him but never to this extent. You are biting your lips, blushing, gaze turned downward and fighting a terribly joyful smile.

Boba snaps out of it as you say something to the man beside you and you put your hand on his arm before you move to stand and find the ex-bounty hunter watching you. Eyes wide, you stare at his helmet-clad face then quickly hurry to the other side of the room to hide from him.

The sharp pain in his otherwise calm and perhaps cold heart almost makes Boba stumble but as with any injury, he wills his body to obey him and he does his best to ignore it while informing the others that you are almost at your destination.

When the mission is done and the child is safe you all return to Tatooine to meet with Boba and find Mando a new ship.

“What are we going to do now?” You ask Boba while you watch Fen help Din deal with the mechanic. He doesn’t have his helmet on, so you can’t help but watch his him and you notice as he turns more stern than usual.

“We?” It comes out sharper than he intended to and you look like he just slapped you.

“Y-Yes?” You look at him like that night, when you asked if he wanted you to leave.

“Are you not leaving with the Mandalorian?” Boba asks with a little more subtle disdain in his voice.

“Why would I leave with him?” You have never seemed so confused which gives him a little hope but then he remembers the scene on his ship.

“You seemed to get on with him a little too well.” His voice is even now, preparing to take the blow when you finally admit your desire to leave him.

“What?!” You never raised your voice with him and he is unprepared for it now.“What are you talking about?” You ask, practically screaming at him in frustration.

“I saw how you talked to him on the ship.” It’s an accusation, he cannot help it. He has no right for it be he still holds you responsible for this painful yearning and fear that he will lose you.

“Wh-?… Are you… jealous?” You finally see it, he is jealous. He wants you and he cannot bare the thought of seeing you with someone else. His suffering shouldn’t make you feel this exited but it is the proof you waited for so long that you cannot help it.

He looks down, uncharacteristically avoiding eye contact. “What right would I have to be jealous? He fits you and if he makes you happy you should not let him go.” There he goes again, breaking your heart after making you so happy and full of love.

“Do I not make you happy?” You whisper, not daring to voice it any louder in case of another refusal. He looks up sharply, furrowing his brows in confusion, then giving you an expression that says ‘of course you do’.

You sigh, letting out the breath you didn’t know you were holding then continue with you questioning. “Then, why would you let me go?”

Eyes locked with your, he takes your face between his palms. ”What could I offer you, ad’ika?” He asks with pain laced in his voice and expression.

“Everything I want.” Standing on your tiptoe, you whisper it against his lips, giving him a chance to move away but he pulls you closer and devours you in a bruising kiss that leaves you breathless. Boba grips your thighs and hoist you up, your legs around his hips.

He takes you to his ship, urging you up to his sleeping quarters where he sits on the bed and tries to kiss all your senses away but there is something you still want to settle before you continue so you break away and force him to look at you.

“I asked Mando to tell me the meanings of your words for me.” Brushing his cheeks you look for the slightest changes in his expression.

“All of them?” He asks, eyes widening just a fraction and gulping so slowly someone else wouldn’t notice. But you don’t want to tease him or argue with him now, that’s for later, maybe.

“So whatever you think you saw, that happiness, was all because of you.” You need him to know he is the only one for you but you are pretty sure even if he feels the same outright telling him your feelings would freak him out.

And you are right, but of course he knows what you are doing and he is grateful for it. Grateful for you.

“Are you sure you want to be stuck with an old man like me?” Boba smiles at you, caressing your face gently, looking for any doubt but he finds none.

“I go wherever you go, always.” You remind him and you don’t know how close it hits for him. The way you have chosen to describe your relationship resembles too much the literally translation of the Mando’a expression for ‘I love you’. Maybe one day he can tell you all of this, but for now, he just wants to make sure you won’t regret choosing him.

Boba kissed you, showing all the emotions he cannot bring himself to express otherwise. He gently undresses you and lets you do the same. You explore each other, kissing and caressing every part of the other’s body.

He has you on you back, your legs wide open for him as he prepares you with his fingers, slowly edging you for a while, then opening you up for him until you flutter around him and whimper his name.

“That’s it, come for me.” He encourages you while he keeps moving and you come so hard you rake down your nails on his back in a desperate attempt to steady yourself. When you start to come down you can feel he is still teasing you, but when he pinches your overstimulated clit and speaks those damn words you come again almost as hard as the first time. “Good girl”

It takes a while to collect yourself enough to tell him off. “I fucking knew you were doing that on purpose.” You pout at him.

“You are so beautiful when you are blushing, ad’ika.” He smiles into the kiss he is giving you like a reward, which you relish in for a moment but you cannot let go that easy.

“You should have said something, instead of leaving me in uncertainty and…” You cannot continue, but you don’t have to, he knows what his hesitation caused, he can see the pain he caused and he swears to himself that nothing like that will not happen ever again.

“I’m sorry.” Boba says as he brushes his lips against yours. You look at him bewildered and he knows you understand, he never apologised to anyone, ever.

“Just promise me you’ll talk to me. You know you can tell me anything.” You can let everything go if you get to have him but you need him to know this, need him to confirm that this will not be repeated.

“Alright, cyare. We should sleep now, tomorrow we’ll take the palace.” He cuddles you from behind but you turn to look at him.

“What about you?” You ask, flicking your gaze at his still hard length.

“Don’t worry about it.” He brushes it off because he can see how tired you are. He should know better than to expect you to leave it at that.

“I want to feel you.” Giving him your best pleading eyes, he huffs and kisses you deeply while he slides into your tight, wet heat. He makes you feel so full, you can feel him pulse inside you with need and you think he will fuck you quickly so you can rest but he only pulls you into him tighter.

It’s your turn to huff. You lace your fingers with his and take his hand from your hips, bringing it to your lips, you press a kiss on the back of his hand and move it to the crook of your neck, getting his arm around your torso, settling it between your breasts.

Boba adjusts a little, sliding his other arm under your head and pressing a kiss to your nape and before you slip into your dreams you can hear him say something in Mando’a that he never said to you before but you had the sense to ask Din. You will not tell him that now, perhaps you never will, you want him to tell you he loves you when he is ready but you will make sure he knows how you feel even if you can’t say it for now.
