Part 4
Jess and Rory figure out where Rogue is being held. They make a plan to rescue her. Claire becomes an ally after she discovers the truth, and she and Jess Rory writes an article about the situation with their evidence and anonymously releases the story to the world.
The X-Men learn more about what's going on and Logan remembers a little bit about Rogue.
There's a battle. During the fight, probably near the end, Logan helps Jess, who he recognizes as his son. Rogue is saved and put in the hospital in an induced coma due to her injuries.
Lorelei and Luke meet them at the hospital, and Rory tells them the truth. There is a government liaison trying to rectify the situation for Rogue and Wolverine(money, favors, etc.). Luke offers to let Jess stay with him while they recover and regroup from what they had to go through.
