You walked back to your room after a long day. Between spilling your life story To Steven then spending the afternoon with him Playing chess and cooking laughing and having an amazing time, Spending your entire morning playing in Tonys lab you were exhausted. You go to open your door and stop to find a note on the Door nob You pick it up and read :
"I hope this is to your liking I too know what it feels alone. I figured you'd like this color If you ever need anything just ask love. Loki"
You smile at the note and open your door slowly. A gasp escapes your lips when you see your new room. Loki had used his magic to give you the most beautiful room you've ever seen.

You couldn't believe your eyes. Your heart swelled up as you held the note to your chest. No one had ever gone out of there way to give you much thought let alone this. You turn to face Lokis door across the hall and smiled. You walked a couple feet and went to knock on his door but stopped. It was late and you didn't want to disturb him but you could feel him. It was an unfamiliar feeling but you just knew he was awake. You swallowed your nerves as You lightly tapped on his door. The door opened and Loki looked at you.
"Everything okay?" He asked softly not wanting to wake anyone else up.
"Loki I.." You look back at your room then to him "Thank you" He smiled at you and opened his door and motioned for you to come in. You smiled and looked down as you entered his room. He closed the door softly behind you. You looked up and was taken back. His room was also beautiful.
"Im glad you like your room. I wanted you to have something you'd feel truly comfortable in." He walked past you to his bed and sat down. "You like my design?"
"You like my design?"
"Wow Loki you definitely have an eye for beauty." You smiled at him and went to sit next to him. He leaned forward and rested his arms on his legs looking around he looked impressed with himself.
"Thank you. Its a perk of magic for sure." He looked to you and saw you looking over his book shelf "Are you a reader?" You looked at him and nodded
"When I was younger books were my escape." You yawned softly quickly covering your mouth.
"You can go to bed if you're tired. I don't want to keep you up longer then.." You held your hand up and smiled
"I'm Okay Loki. Plus I like being awake. It keeps the nightmares away." He looked away then back at you and scooted little closer. Your heart jumped in your chest. You felt a strong pull to him and little did you know he felt the same pull. His heart was picking up speed being so close to you.
"May I try something to help ease your nightmares? My mother did it for me when I was locked away after everything I went through" He looked only slightly nervous but had a strong ability to cover his emotions. You nodded and closed your eyes. Loki had an overwhelming urge to kiss you but he didn't. He'd never want to take advantage of you especially after just escaping hell. He put his hands on both sides of your face softly and slowly placed his head against yours forehead to forehead. Your heart was pounding but the contact felt like heaven you let out a peaceful sigh and leaned into his contact. "Trust me and I will take all your nightmares away" he softly whispered. Loki had never been so soft or gentle with anyone in his entire life. Not even Sigyn. However with you he almost couldn't help it. He just wanted to be gentle with you. Earn your trust. Earn you.
"I trust you." You spoke softly that only you and him could hear it even if another person was in the room. Loki slowly released his magic trying to enter your mind. He felt you tense up It wasn't a painful experience but humans especially were not use to the feeling.
"I won't hurt you. I swear it. Let me in." he whispered closing his eyes to concentrate. He felt you begin to lose the tension you had and he found it easier to go into your mind. You let out a gasp and grabbed his hands. He dove into your mind at that moment. He saw Everything. Your pain, Your fear, your regrets, your hopes and desires He slowly pulled the fear out. He couldn't remove a memory but he could numb you to the fear it caused. He saw how they cut you none stop and beat you almost daily when you wouldn't give in to their demands. He would feel your pain every time. He continued to go through the fearful memories but he saw something else he knew not even you could access. Memories that were impossible to be there. Foggy memories of gold buildings and of two boys. They faded away as quickly as Loki saw them. Loki let out a gasp as he felt your mind go into his. He wasn't expecting that so his shield was completely down. You saw everything. The time he spent in Asgard with Thor, his mother, and his cold father. You felt his pain, you felt his joy, Then you saw her. She looked just like you. Spoke like you. Even laughed like you. It wasn't like a memory to you. You stood there watching it all happen around you as you watched. Suddenly the memory turned darker. Demons had broken into the palace and attacked Loki and Thor while they were training. Thor used his hammer and was able to destroy a few of them but they quickly became over powered. Loki had not mastered his magic yet. His body was feeling weak. Thor was pinned down as the others grabbed ahold of Loki.
"Sons of Odin Your life is in payment to the lives your father stole from us" Hissed the giant demon who held Loki by the neck slowly crushing him. Loki Struggled with all his might against the demon to no avail. He was beginning to lose his life as Thor screamed for his brother to be released. Suddenly a ton of guards ran into the room swords drawn and Odin with them. You see yourself next to Odin as you let out a gasp and run towards Loki. Pulling out your sword you drive it through the demon holding Loki which causes them to drop Loki to the ground. The other demons released Thor almost instantly and he ran over to Loki You see yourself kneel next to Loki and begin to heal him Loki Looked up at your look alike and smiled
"Thank you love You are forever my Valkyrie" You see yourself smile and place a soft kiss on his lips. As the guards fought the demons around the two of you.
"Anything for you my Prince" Suddenly your eyes widened as you watch Yourself be grabbed from the ground next to Loki by a demon and watch that demon drive your own sword through you. Loki let out a blood hurdling scream.
"Sigyn!!!!" His voice shattered your heart. You've never forget that sound. The memory changes to Loki being tied down by a giant purple alien as he Tormented Loki and beat him. You forced yourself to pull back. Tears streaming down your cheeks you slowly opened your eyes and looked at Loki who was clearly holding tears back as well.
"How did you do that?" He asked almost coldly. He didn't move his hands just looked you in the eyes. You felt slight fear because you knew you weren't suppose to do that.
"I am sorry. I don't know how. I.. Im so-" He placed his head back against yours and sighed. He could feel your fear
"You don't have to be sorry Y/n. I had my guard down. I wasn't expecting that." He sighed as he closed his eyes again. "No one has been in my mind before. not even.."
"Sigyn?" You asked carefully. He moved his head and locked eyes with you again. He wasn't sure if you saw that part but you just confirmed it Loki nodded slowly as he saw you begin to stand up. He didn't want you to run so he stood up as well and placed his hands on your arms. The first time going into someones mind is always overwhelming and that's someone without the trauma he has. He was starting to worry as you started to become pale.
"Y/n talk to me." Loki looked very worried as he watched you
"I want to go to bed now. I don't feel well." You went to turn away but Loki kept his grip on you. You felt yourself sway and Loki was right there to help you. You leaned against him.
"Let me help you. You just preformed magic that even masters struggle with." He held you close to him as he spoke. His body felt good against yours. You weren't sure why but you just felt so safe. You nodded your head suddenly feeling extremely tired with your vision going in and out. Loki picked you up and held you close. You fought the sleep as best as you could and looked at Loki. He was surprised by the look in your eyes. A look he hadn't had in years. You placed your head on his chest.
"My...Prince" You whispered softly as you failed and fell asleep in his arms. Loki was frozen in place for a moment. Had you really said that? Or perhaps you meant it as a question.Loki placed a kiss on the top of your head and went to walk out of his room when he opened the door to find Thor standing there with his fist ready to knock. Thor looked down at you then back to his brother.
"uh brother what did you do to her?"
"Nothing you idiot I simply was just helping her to bed after a long day"
"Brother she's unconscious."
"Really? I hadn't noticed." Loki rolled his eyes and walked past his brother straight into your room and laid you down onto your bed. You opened your eyes only slightly and grabbed Lokis shirt as he went to walk away. He kneeled down next to your bed and tucked you in. "Rest. Once you rest we can train your power so this doesn't happen again. We will talk then" You nodded slowly and fell back to sleep. Thor was at the door watching. Before Loki could move away from you He went into Lokis room to wait.
