Chapter 1
A stark’s Instinct
Tony lay there his chest caved in because of a shield made by his father a man, to who steve rogers owed his entire existence to his father. If not for his father the traitor would be dead. He was a dying man before his father and Dr. Eskrine took pity on him.
Steve truly was a monster he would do anything to protect that murder of thousands. Even silence someone who he claimed to be a teammate and a “friend” but it seems that doesn't matter because all his friends and teammates are disposable if it was for that murder, known as the winter soldier got away without consequences. I mean look at maximoff, Willson, barton, and that new guy. All in jail because of his actions. But I guess that doesn't matter because Steve has his old friend back now and everyone else is cannon fodder.
Tony was on the verge of unconsciousness. No, he refuses. He won't let Steve win. He won't die. He won't let Steve get away with this. Barnes is a danger. He must be killed. His mum must be avenged. He was an avenger, wasn't he? He needs to kill the person that killed his parents.
Tony felt his consciousness slipping. However, his will did not. His will turned to power.
A giant white erupted from stark causing steve bucky and t’challa to turn. They never felt such power. Such fear before. It was as if this presence demanded respect. When the light died down they saw stark glowing with a powerful blue, white and purple aura.
In a blink, tony was in front of steve. Steve tried to get his shield in front of him for protection but Tony knocked his hand away causing his hand to be ripped off his arm along with the shield and go flying away. Tony aimed his hand at the shield and before Steve and the others could blink the beam of energy erupted from it going towards the shield and blowing it up. Nothing remained. Steve dropped to the ground in fear.
“T-t-t-tony s-s-s-stop b-b-b-bucky i-i-i-is innocent,” Steve says. But Tony ignores him, not even registering what Steve says as he walks towards Bucky who was shaking in fear at the raw killing intent that he felt from stark it was as if a god of vengeance had descended upon him and approached Bucky.
“Mr. Stark, you must stop this. This is what Helmut Zemo wants. The winter soldier did not kill your parents like he did not kill mine, it was hydra. You are going to murder an innocent man.” t’challa says as Tony doesn't even register as he continues to walk.
“If you do not stop, I will have to fight you. If you kill him I will bring the full force of Wakanda down upon you. That is not something you want. Do you think stark industries can survive Wakanda? just stop.” t’challa said egotistically with determination as he remembered. Their goddess. He disrespected her by fearing stark and human.
Tony just walks towards them. In a blink, tony punches t’challa sending him flying to the sky. The black panther armor shattered. He then appears behind t’challa and punches his back sending him crashing down into the earth from the sky.
Tony then walks towards bucky both t’challa and steve down he starts to punch bucky over and over his bones shattering which were heard throughout the base. He then grabs Bucky and teleports in front of Steve. Forcing Steve to watch as he squeezes the life out of Bucky.
Steve screams in horror as he witnesses the death of Bucky. His fear resides and anger is taking over.
“BUCKY. HOW DARE YOU KILL BUCKY. GIVE ME BACK BUCKY. I WANT MY BUCKY. YOU SHALL DIE STARK FOR KILLING BUCKY!!!!” Steve yelled as he rushed to Stark with his single good arm he threw a punch only for it to miss. He tried over and over but kept on missing. Tony punched Steve in the chest, shattering his bone. Steve fell unconscious.
Tony then felt the energy fade as he was about to fall over.
“Mr stark what's going on where are the winter soldiers why is steve on the ground? Why is your chest smashed up.” vision asked.
“Vis get rogers t’challa to cross and take me to the hospital they betrayed me and aided hydra. Make sure to copy everything on that computer that has evidence and grab the suit" Tony says, making visions and eyes widen. The Jarvis in vision made Vision think Stark was right. Wanda having a nullification collar could not influence vision like normal.
“I shall sir. I will make sure of it” vision says.
A faraway planet
“So goku it seems your descendant has followed in your footsteps and has achieved ultra instinct. Another mortal can use the angel's power. Tony Stark you are interesting" and a blue angel said this was Whis.
“I wonder how fun it will be to train your descendant Goku. Will he be able to master it like you” whis thought this as he launched off to planet earth. The rules have changed since the era of goku. Now angels can have limited interactions with mortals, the limits being the mortal has to prove themselves.

Steve rogers hydra or avenger
Steve Rogers has been apprehended by Tony Stark and the vision. He will be facing charges of aiding and abetting hydra as well obstruction of justice for hiding starks murder done by the traitor known as winter soldier which he claimed was done by mind control however earlier in the trial of wanda maximoff if she could get the visa he proved stark wrong that mind control doesn't exist so will rogers throw his friend maximoff to save himself and Barnes or will he admit he was lying and have his whole team face charges of aiding and possibly being hydra. We will find out in court.

Natasha sat there in fear. How did Stark find out Steve had told her and Sam to keep it a secret? And like a good little red-room widow, she listened to her master she was an idiot. She should have known all secrets would come out.
“Damn it steve are you an idiot how did you get caught. I'm sorry but I guess that the avengers are like a shield, a failure and I'm gonna have to wash my hands. Now I'm gonna have to hide. No stark luxuries. Nothing, Unless yes that might work I give my body to him since pepper is out of the equation and get luxury" Natasha thought with greed.
