Movie Meals and Interesting Footage (part1)

Natasha smiled at her beautiful mates ; she always felt so lucky when they were both around “make three selections then save them in order of movie rating from G-R with Brother Bear first and leave everything ready to play once the food gets here”
“Yes Alpha, would you like to hear the results?” the AI asked.
Natasha shook her head. “No thank you FRIDAY” then continued addressing the pack. “ everyone make a list of what you want then give it to Tony, today is a special pack night so everything goes”
The room erupted into a symphony of cheers and merriment at the prospect of tonight's feast and movie cuddle session. It really did do the job of making everyone forget their current troubles or the fact that their omega's had been put in danger. Tonight, everyone was safe and mostly together and everyone was going to be fed and everyone was going to have fun. Tonight was pack movie night.

As everyone was engrossed in writing any and all food options that came to mind, Carol and Jen approached Nat and Wanda.carol stood rigid, back straight and arms crossed as Jen announced their presence.
“Alpha, we have that stuff from the mall that we wanted to show you if you have a few minutes”
Y/n tilted her head at that but didn't put much thought into what her packmates wanted to show her alphas. Instead, she said “you all go, I think I'm going to go paint for a while. We all know the party doesn't start till the food gets here anyway, just come get me when everything is ready” she smiled and blew them a kiss as she made her way towards the elevators, not needing a reply to know her mates wouldn't let the movie start without her.
Natasha, Wanda, Carol, and Jen were all quietly making their way out of the pack theater room trying to disrupt the fun around them, but of course Yelena caught them in their escape, appearing beside them as if she had teleported herself there soundlessly.
Yelena had heard the mall mentioned and if that was in fact true, she wanted to be involved. No one messed with her family or her pack. “Where are you going?” she asked, making the omega lawyer jump in place.
The older widow just snickered as Jen smacked her sister in the arm
“Don’t do that!” Yelena was lucky the omega hadn't gone green before delivering the light blow.
Yelena was undeterred, this time facingher sister when she asked her question again. “Where are you going?”
However It was Wanda that answered her question in a hushed whisper so as not to draw attention to themselves. “ Carol and Jen found something that will help our case while at the mall. They wanted to show it to us today since Jen was able to get us in front of a judge tomorrow.”
Yelena nodded. “I'm coming with you.”
Knowing that they couldn't change her mind, the others let the blond join them as they made their way into the kitchen together. They all crowded around each other as Jen pulled out her phone not wanting to play the footage on a bigger screen.
Jen was looking up the file on her phone, Carol spoke up “ we were at the mall trying to see if we could find anything useful so we retraced your steps” Carol’s pheromones spiked then, her anger was simmering just underneath the surface. “ you were right alpha, we went to that section of seats where you left y/n and there was a camera facing it. there should have been no reason that mall security didn't intervene before you and Wanda did, so we went to the security office to review the footage from their cameras and to see who was manning them.”
Natasha could already tell she wasn't going to like whatever came next just knowing that she was right and that y/n should have been safe but wasn't, did not sit well with her or any of them. She could feel them all vibrating at the injustice beside her.
Jen, having finally found the file, tapped her phone and played the footage. “ Bane was the one manning cameras that day”
Wanda's powers were swirling around her as she saw themselves leaving y/n behind on those seats. She remembered what happened next and she didn't like it, but what she didn't expect was the camera zooming in on them…
The camera zoomed and lingered on y/n’s chest for a while before it zoomed out a bit and raked over every inch of her own body as well as Nat’s. Then when they started to walk away on their journey to the lingerie store, the camera followed them as far as it could go before stopping in that position. The screen flickered as it switched to a different camera, following them the whole way, the screen flickering as different devices were used to track them .
The two mates held each other close, thinking that that was the end of the footage as they saw their past selves enter the store, but it wasn't.
The words ‘security override’ came on the screen before the image flickered one final time and an image of the dressing room doors showed up on screen. They stayed in position for a while until the both came on screen as they made their way inside. That's when the camera angle changed until it was concentrated over their changing room door and focused on the small bit of mirror the camera could get at its mounted position.
Their whole bodies weren't visible, but it was enough to see cleavage and enough to make them uncomfortable, feeling violated, and protective of each other.
That Bane was easily becoming the bane of their existence. He had no right being a security guard let alone behind a camera screen. Everything could have been avoided if someone trustworthy had been on camera duty.
Yelena was the first to speak after the footage ended. “Tell me we can do something about this” she all but growled out. How dare this man, this insect, this insurable insignificant thing hurt her family like this. She would make him pay if the law couldn't.
“We definitely can, not only is he being negligent to his job and which resulted in not only damage to the mall’s property, but ended up with/n in the hospital because of an assault that should have been prevented, and he was using the mall's security override to do it. We have enough evidence here to do some heavy damage” Jen assured.
Wanda cuddled into her alpha’s protective embrace as Natasha asked what they really wanted the answer to “And how did it go with the man who hurt y/n?”
“The judge agreed that there was no need for a trial and his lawyer advised him to settle, he said his defense of ‘the witch made me do it’ wasn't going to cut it. He will be behind bars for a long time.”
“Good, but… Y/n doesn't have to go to court tomorrow right?” wanda asked.
Jen shook her head “ no but… People are going to ask why you are pursuing this for her and after the whole media blow out the whole ‘she is pack’ might not get them to stop asking. One or All of you might have to be ready to go public with your relationship”
Before either of them could reply Tony interrupted them. “ Hey, Happy will be here with all the food in a few minutes. You might want to go get y/n”
“thanks Tony, we’ll go get y/n and and meet you all in the theater room” nat then turned towards the omega “ thank you Jen for helping us get justice for y/n”
Jen smiled and waved her hand nonchalantly as she made her way back to the rest of the pack as she spoke over her shoulder. “anything for pack and anything for y/n”
Wanda and Nat held hands as they made their way to the elevators “let's go get our girl and tell her the good news”
