The Three Mates

Natasha shook her head out off her morbid thoughts and decided to link Jen, now that she was alone, but she was beaten to it. She smiled as she heard the green omega’s voice in her head.

“Uuuh .. alpha? Why is Carol here in my office? When I asked her, she said it was better if you explained.”

The widow smirked, she knew Jen was going to be opposed to the idea but that she’d ultimately give in anyway since the rest of the omegas were going to have protection. “Have you taken a look at the news yet?” She questioned. Trying not to laugh at Jen’s responding grumble.

“ how do I always miss the news when it’s important” in her office Jen turned to her computer and pulled up the day’s top news. Her eyes widened when she saw the headlines ‘SCARLET WITCH HAS A MATE!’ , ‘WHICH OMEGA IS IT ANYWAY?, ‘MAXIMOFF HAS GOTTEN OFF’ , ‘SCARLET OMEGA?’. The omega didn’t know how she could have missed that or how not a single reporter had gotten in her face for an interview, but she supposed that the firm's security were doing their job.”how did this happen? Is Y/n okay? What all do they know?”

As Wanda made it out of the bathroom Nat opened up her arms in offering as she continued to link with Jennifer. “ My best guess is that the reporter has been working on the story since the day of the incident at the mall. She was able to get videos of different angles and even a few interviews. Y/n ..she’s taking it in stride but she is scared, she’s never been the center of media attention to this degree. Luckily they were only able to establish that Wanda has a mate, they still haven’t figured out who it is yet, but that’s why Carol is there. She is there for your protection.”

“My protection, but I wasn’t even at the mall that day”

“ no but the imbecile so gave the interview confirmed that Wanda’s mate is an omega. I know you can protect yourself, but all the omega’s are getting protection while off base and I actually have a favor to ask of you. The man who attacked my mate is still in holding, I’d like you to charge him with assault and get a restraining order for him. Also the security guard, a Bane Harris, I want you to look into him , if there is anything we could charge him with, he put our omegas in danger and something isn’t sitting right with me. The mall security should have been able to get to y/n before we did and then that Bane didn’t even call for a medical professional” the red head tightened her hold on her alpha mate as she continued to think about that day’s events. “ maybe you can go to the mall and check that out  with Carol before you both come back for the night, we’re having a pack movie night and everyone on planet is going to be staying at the compound tonight”

“ yeah I can definitely do that, no one messes with pack, and I’ll go down to the mall to review the security footage, maybe we can get him for negligence, and I’ll definitely be there for movie night. Wait… they didn’t catch you using your powers did they?” The omega knew the widow had displayed her powers but the fact that she had obtained powers was a closely guarded secret that wasn’t to be revealed to the world unless absolutely necessary.

“ luckily no, they only saw me jumping from the second floor so it won’t be questioned” their mental conversation was interrupted as y/n came back into the room and made her way towards her mates. “ thanks Jen I have to go, see you tonight” Both alpha sat up straight as their omega approached them. 

Y/n tilted her head at the redness surrounding Wanda’s eyes. Carefully she sat herself down on Wanda’s lap and stretched out her legs over her redheaded alpha’s lap. She nuzzled into Wanda’s neck nozzing the bite she’d left when all three had become one together. “What's wrong sugar pie?”

Nat smirked as she hugged them both, knowing full well that that term of endearment from their omega always made her alpha mate’s cheeks heat up.

“I’m fine, my heart, but what about you?” She redirected, “has Bruce said anything about your scans yet”

Y/n kissed the underside of Wanda’s jaw.“ I won’t push you Max, but I am here for you when you’re ready to talk okay” y/ tried to adjust the gown she was in as she moved to sit between them. Bare butt on leather like material was not a fun combination. “ and you.” She said as she nuzzled into Nat’s neck from her seat “ I know what you were thinking about earlier, I can see it in your eyes, the pain you try to hide. I’m here im okay, that day wasn’t your fault honey buns”

It was Natasha’s turn to cherry up at y/n’s term for her. She nuzzled back into her omega returning the affection freely given to her. “ thank you my love, I needed that, but we really do want to know about you. What did bumruce say? Are you okay?” She asked.

“ I think he’s waiting for the scans to develop or something.then he’ll know” 

As if summoned, Bruce appeared in the room with the scans in hand and a smile on his face “ everything looks good on the scans, I just need to check the areas.

The three mates smiled at the good news while the beta concluded his exam.

Bruce kept smiling “Okay, I’d say you’re free and good to go”

“Yes!!” Y/n shouted, pumping her fist and running to the bathroom to get redressed in her clothes.

When she exited the bathroom Bruce was already gone and on his way to see his cousin. She happily made her way over to her two alphas. At least today wasn’t all bad, now she could do anything she wanted…. Well, unless she wanted to go out , then she needed to be with someone because of that poop guy at the mall, but she wasn’t opposed to that precautionary measure. She knew the kind of people that would want to get to her to get to her mates and she wasn’t going to let anyone hurt her mates in any way if she could prevent it. … not that she could do much to put up a fight if it came down to it. 

As y/n walked into her alphas’ arms, she could see the sadness that was still tinting the eyes of her younger alpha. Gingerly she placed both hands on the brunette’s cheeks and rubbed the skin her thumbs could reach. Then she used them to smooth out the wrinkles in between the alpha’s brows.

Wanda closed her eyes and leaned into the soft touch as y/n continued her ministrations while Natasha watched on with a smile on her face.

Wanda opened her eyes to meet the blue ones of her omega. Gently she placed her hand over one of the ones on her face and moved it down so that she could kiss the palm of her hand.“How did you know to do that?”

Y/n smiled she still wasn’t going to push Wanda for an answer, but she did know how to help at least a little bit. “ I pay attention” she shrugged her shoulders then hugged both her mates. 

Now that Wanda was more at ease and with the all clear from Bruce Nat decided it was time for that other surprise, and that second favor she asked of her sister. This was going to be fun. She focused her attention on Y/n “I have a surprise for you Detka”

Y/n perked up “what is it?”

Nat opened the door and held out her hand with a smile. “ let’s go find out
