Chapter 1

Eve and Villanelle sat together on the train, their fingers intertwined as they gazed out the window at the passing scenery. Eve couldn't help but steal glances at Villanelle, her heart racing at the sight of the woman she loved. However, in the back of her mind, she couldn't shake off the feeling of danger and the need to escape it.

Villanelle caught her looking and turned to meet her gaze. "What's wrong?" she asked, noticing the worry etched on Eve's face.

Eve shook her head, trying to brush off her fears. "Nothing, I'm just a little anxious," she lied.

Villanelle saw through her facade and took her hand. "Tell me," she said, her voice gentle but insistent.

Eve took a deep breath and confided in her about the danger they were facing and their need to escape it. Villanelle listened attentively, her eyes narrowing in thought.

"Okay, we'll have to be careful because that is the smart thing to do," she said, her voice low but confident. “But for now, l promise we are, and we are going to be safe,  baby.” She squeezed Eve's hand reassuringly and smiled softly. "We'll figure this out together."

The train moved slowly as its wheels gently hummed. The only sounds were the distant chatter of people on the platform and the soft rustling of the trees outside. As the light plateaued above the clouds, it cast gorgeous shadows on the buildings below.

Villanelle couldn't believe how different Stockholm looked now compared with the last time she'd been here.

"You know, when I was a kid, I always dreamed of traveling to faraway places," the blonde said, her voice wistful.

"Really? Where did you want to go?" Eve responded , looking at her.

"Everywhere," Villanelle replied, a smile on her face. "I wanted to see the world, experience new things, and meet new people. But growing up in Russia, it always felt like a distant dream."

Eve reaches out to take Villanelle's hand. "But look at you now. You've traveled the world and seen so much."

The blonde nodded. "And I have you," she said. “I never thought I could find someone who understands me the way you do.”

Eve suddenly turned to Villanelle and wrapped her arms around her neck, pulling her into a deep, true love kiss. Their lips met with hunger and passion. The world around them exploded into a symphony of sensory details, the couple was lost in each other, oblivious to everything else around them.

As they finally broke apart, gasping for air, there was no need to say anything as they pulled away. For a while, they just walked silently with their hands intertwined

The couple finally arrived at the hotel, Villanelle scanned the surroundings, and they were safe. She leaned in close to Eve, her breath hot against her ear. "I told you I would take care of you," she whispered. Eve's heart raced as she felt Villanelle's hot breath against her ear.

"And  I love it when you're in charge," Eve said.

The blonde chuckled, leading her girlfriend toward the entrance. "I aim to please," she said, winking at Eve.

Eve was astounded by the lobby's grandeur as they entered. The ceiling was adorned with intricate frescoes, and the marble floors were polished to a shine. A friendly receptionist greeted them as Villanelle led her to the front desk.

"Welcome to the Lady Hamilton," the receptionist said with a smile. "Do you have a reservation?"

Villanelle nodded, handing over her ID. "Yes, under the name Astankova."

The receptionist checked her computer and smiled. "Yes, we have your reservation." You're in our deluxe suite with a view of the city. It's one of our best rooms."

Eve was astounded by the magnificent view of the city as they entered the suite. The room was decorated in a luxurious, classic style, with plush furniture and elegant accents.

"Thank you for bringing me here," she said, reaching up to kiss her. "This is incredible."

Villanelle wrapped her arms around Eve, pulling her closer. “Anything for you, my love."

Eve admired the beauty of the room as she reclined on the large four-poster bed, running her fingertips along the crisp white sheets.
The city lights twinkled like stars in the distance, casting a warm glow over everything they touched.

“Come on, I am missing you already,” Villanelle said , beckoning Eve to join her on the bed.

The couple lay there in companionable silence for a moment before their bodies melted into each other as their tongues danced and their hands roamed freely. They pulled apart, their lips still an inch apart, breathing heavily as they looked into each other's eyes.

"God,  you're sexy," Villanelle said, her voice thick with desire. "I hope you can keep up with me."

Eve smiled, running her fingers through her girlfriend's blonde hair. “I thought we had already proved that I could keep up with you. But if you need further proof, I'm always up for a challenge." Villanelle grinned devilishly. "Oh, I know you are. That's why I love you."

The tension between them was palpable, and the passion was electric.

After a moment, they pulled away, smiling at each other. "Shower together?" Villanelle asked with a mischievous glint in her eye.

They made their way to the shower, stripping off their clothes and stepping under the warm spray of water. Villanelle's eyes roamed over Eve's body, admiring the beauty of her skin and the curves of her figure.

"You're so beautiful," Villanelle murmured, her hands tracing patterns over Eve's skin.

They stripped off their clothes, their bodies a study in contrasts.

The water was hot and steamy, and their bodies pressed together as they washed each other's hair and massaged each other's backs.

Once they were finished, they wrapped themselves in fluffy white robes and headed down to the hotel spa. They indulged in all sorts of treatments: massages, facials, and body wraps. Eve was struck by the beauty of Villanelle's face and body as she lay on the massage table, her skin glowing with health and exuberance.

The blonde sighed in the relaxing sensations as the masseuse worked out the knots in her shoulders and back, her eyes fluttering shut. "This is amazing," she breathed, looking over at Eve.

Eve nodded, her massage sending waves of pleasure through her body. "I know," she said, her voice dreamy with relaxation. "I could stay here forever."

As they walked back to their room, holding hands, Eve couldn't help but feel grateful for Villanelle's thoughtfulness. She knew that this trip wasn't just about escaping danger and finding safety; it was about reconnecting with each other, and finding moments of peace and joy amidst the chaos.

Back in their room, they slipped into matching pajamas and snuggled up on the bed, wrapped up in blankets, as they  selected a movie to watch.

The Asian woman couldn't help but marvel at the beauty of Villanelle's body and face as they lay entwined on the king-size bed. Her skin was soft and smooth, her curves and angles like a work of art. Eve traced the lines of Villanelle's face with her fingertips, memorizing every inch of her lover's beauty.

The blonde looked up at Eve. "What are you thinking about?" she asked, her voice husky with desire.

Eve grinned, leaning in to kiss Villanelle deeply. "You're so beautiful."

Villanelle chuckled, pulling Eve closer to her. “You were thinking about something else.”

Something like the movie The brunette said, raising an eyebrow.

Oh, darling, you were thinking about this,” Villanelle said as she stroked Eve's clit with gentle, circular motions. The pleasure was intense, and Eve could feel herself getting closer and closer to the edge.

Their kisses grew deeper and more intense, their tongues battling for dominance. Villanelle pulled away for a moment, her eyes dark with desire. "Tell me you wanted this," she whispered, her breath hot against Eve's lips.

"This is what I wanted," the brunette admitted, biting her bottom lip in anticipation.

Eve's world tilted sharply when she felt those skilled fingers thrusting into her harder, touching her sweet spot. She urged her girlfriend to go faster, riding the wave of pleasure higher and higher until finally, she screamed her release.

Villanelle held her tightly, kissing her softly as she came down from her high. "I love you," she whispered. Her lips pressed against Eve's cheek.

The movie continued to play in the background, but they were both lost in their own world of passion and desire.

As the credits rolled, Villanelle turned to her lover with a smirk. "That was a great movie," she said, teasing.

"I have no idea. "I was a bit distracted," Eve said, brushing her fingers across Villanelle's damp forehead before lying down beside her.

Villanelle leaned in close, her lips just inches from Eve's ear. "Do you want me to distract you some more?" She whispered, her voice low and seductive.

Eve shivered with desire, feeling her heart race at the promise in Villanelle's voice. "Yes, please," she breathed.

Her eyes closed as Villanelle kissed her throat, whispering little pleas in French and Russian.

Eve squirmed in delight, arching her back. “Mmm, yes," she moaned, wrapping her legs around her girlfriend's waist, urging her closer.

The blonde moved in closer, slipping inside Eve, filling her completely.

“You feel so good " Villanelle said, biting her lower lip as Eve's orgasm rose quickly. Her fingers tangled in her girlfriend's hair, gripping tight as her hips bucked, searching for release.

As they lay entwined in each other's arms, Villanelle kissed Eve's forehead. "I love you," she said, her voice soft and sincere.

They curled into each other's arms and went to sleep calmly as exhaustion beat them. But before drifting off completely, Villanelle whispered in Eve's ear, "Don't think you're off the hook for missing the movie." "You owe me a romantic night out."

Eve grinned, "You got it," she said, closing her eyes and falling asleep, happy and content in Villanelle's arms.

***

The soft morning light filtered through the curtains of their hotel room, casting a warm shine on the two women entangled in each other's arms. Villanelle stirred first, her eyes fluttering open as she stretched languidly. She looked down at Eve, still asleep, and smiled at the sight of her peaceful expression.

"Good morning, my love," Villanelle whispered, brushing a strand of hair from Eve's forehead. "Sleep well?"

Eve groaned and buried her face in Villanelle's chest. "Mm-hmm," she murmured. "I could stay like this forever."

Villanelle chuckled and kissed the top of Eve's head. "As much as I would love that, we have a whole city to explore today. And breakfast to eat."

Eve groaned again, but Villanelle just laughed and pulled her up into a sitting position. They wrapped themselves in fluffy hotel robes and padded out onto the balcony, where a small table had been set up with coffee, fresh fruits, and pastries.

The air was crisp and cool, the sun just beginning to warm the city below. Villanelle poured them each a cup of coffee, and they settled into their chairs, Eve's feet tucked under Villanelle's thighs.

"Where should we start?" Eve asked, sipping her coffee.

Villanelle shrugged. “Anywhere you want, my darling. We have all day.” The blonde couldn't take her eyes off Eve, her heart overflowing with love and adoration for the woman sitting across from her.

"God, you're beautiful," she whispered, reaching across the table to stroke Eve's cheek.

Eve blushed and looked away, but Villanelle just chuckled and leaned in to look at her. Their lips met in a slow, sensual kiss, the taste of coffee and fruit mingling between them.

When they finally pulled away, Eve was breathless. "We should probably get dressed," she said, gesturing at their robes.

Villanelle smirked. "Why bother?  "We could just stay here all day."

Eve laughed and swatted her arm. "As tempting as that sounds, I think we should explore this beautiful city while we have the chance."

Villanelle nodded, her eyes were bright with excitement. "Lead the way. I'm yours to command."

"As if," Eve chuckled.

The pair spent the rest of the afternoon exploring the streets of Gamla Stan, visiting art galleries, museums, and shops. They sat outside cafés and enjoyed the sunshine.

Eve  had never been to Stockholm before, and she was grateful for this chance to explore it with Villanelle.

"Did you know that Stockholm is built on 14 islands?" she said, turning to Villanelle with a smile.

Villanelle chuckled. "Yes, Eve, "I did my research. Plus, you know I've been here before"

Eve rolled her eyes playfully. "Of course you did." "I'm just trying to impress you with my knowledge."

Villanelle leaned in closer, her eyes sparkling with mischief. "Oh, trust me, Eve. "You impress me in other ways."

Eve blushed, feeling her heart race at the intensity in Villanelle's gaze. "Like what?" she asked, her voice soft

The blonde smiled, leaning in to kiss her. "Like the way you laugh when you're happy, or the way you bite your lip when you're nervous."

Eve smiled, feeling a sense of warmth spread through her body. "And what about you, Eve?" "What impresses you?"

Villanelle thought for a moment, her brow furrowed in concentration. "Your courage, for one," she said finally. "And your intelligence." "You're not afraid to challenge me, to make me think in new ways."

Eve felt a sense of pride at Villanelle's words. "I just want us to be equals, Villanelle." "Partners in every sense of the word."

Villanelle nodded, her expression serious. "I know, Eve. and I wouldn't have it any other way."

"You know, Villanelle, you have a good heart." "Beneath all the darkness, there's a spark of light."

Villanelle chuckled, her eyes twinkling. "I'll take that as a compliment, Eve. " Thank you."

They spent the rest of the afternoon exploring the city, laughing and teasing each other, and basking in the warmth of their love. As the sun began to set, they found themselves on a quiet bridge, overlooking the water.

Eve looked out over the wide expanse of water, admiring its tranquil beauty. There were boats bobbing in the waters, their white sails catching the light. As far as the eye could see, there were no other people. Only nature surrounds them. It was a breathtaking view.

A warm breeze drifted over them, carrying the scent of saltwater. They watched the boats slowly sway, gliding on the currents.

Eve reached over to hold her hand, her thoughts suddenly interrupted by Villanelle, who spoke quietly behind her.

"I think I've been waiting my entire life for you," she said, squeezing Eve's hand tighter.

Eve squeezed back, sending a quick glance toward the blonde. Her hazel eyes were shining brightly, and she couldn't help but smile back at her.

She placed her hand over Villanelle's, loving how gentle and strong her grip was. "It's been a long time since I let myself believe someone might come along and change everything for me."

"Maybe it's finally happened," Villanelle said softly, tracing Eve's knuckles with her finger.

The brunette chuckled, shaking her head slightly. "You knew it before me." "This has always been inevitable. ""All I had to do was accept it." She gave a slight sigh, watching a fishing boat pass beneath them.

Villanelle squeezed her hand again, a slight tremor running through her fingers. "I don't want to lose you, Eve."

"You won't," she said, looking deeply into her lover's eyes. She took a breath, letting the air flow freely around them. "Not ever."

Villanelle smiled, the joy evident in her eyes.

She brought Eve's hand to her mouth and gently kissed her palm. "Thank you, my dear."

Eve took another deep breath, exhaling slowly, relishing the strength of the bond between them.

"Let's leave this bridge now, shall we?" Villanelle said. We can stroll along Strandvägen and stop for dinner. Then maybe a walk through Kungsträdgrden and a visit to Storkyrkan, and then...

"To Berzelii Park!" Eve exclaimed, springing from her seat, nearly toppling over in the process.

Villanelle leapt up from the bench, laughing as Eve's giggles filled the space. She grabbed Eve by the wrist and tugged her forward, stumbling on the uneven pavement. Eve fell to her knees, laughing even harder.

When they finally caught their breaths, they shared a quick peck on the lips before getting back to their feet. Villanelle linked her arm through Eve's, smiling fondly at the laughter still bubbling in her lover's veins.

Eve grinned sheepishly at Villanelle. "How'd you know?"

Villanelle winked, leading Eve through the gates to a bustling street market full of booths selling trinkets, artwork, and handmade goods.

After purchasing a few souvenirs, they strolled through Kungsträdgrden, admiring the flowers blooming wildly throughout the lush green grass. The park is a perfect place to unwind, and they are enjoying the sound of the wind rustling through the leaves.

They made their way to Central Station and stood beside a monument honoring Karl XII, listening to the steady buzz of the traffic below.

Eve stared out at the cityscape, at the massive buildings looming high above.

She reached over to touch her arm lightly, smiling at the vision of Stockholm in front of her.

"What are we doing next?" Villanelle asked.

"Another stroll along Strandvägen, my darling." Eve replied

"Nonsense, my darling," Villanelle chuckled. "It's getting late." We'll find somewhere quieter and enjoy the night together. I can't wait."

Eve could hardly contain herself as she watched her beautiful blonde girlfriend wander towards the stairs leading down from the bridge. Eve threw her leg over the railing, sliding gracefully over the wooden boards.

As soon as she was safely seated, Villanelle climbed onto the bench and hopped nimbly over to sit beside her. They gazed out at the ocean, the cool air surrounding them as they held hands.

"So tell me, my lovely lady," Villanelle said softly. "What exactly did it mean to you?" "It meant that I knew there was something missing in my life, and you filled it." Eve sighed, smiling. "You fill it completely."

Villanelle laughed. "My darling Eve, that's enough of an answer." "I know.".

The blonde leaned in for a soft kiss. "Let's make more memories like this, Eve."

Eve nodded. "We can do that," she agreed,"

Without warning, Villanelle leaned in and captured her girlfriend's lips in a deep and passionate kiss, and she responded eagerly.

As their tongues tangled and their bodies pressed against each other, they were oblivious to the people walking around them. But soon, they heard whispers and murmurs from the people passing by.

Villanelle pulled back, chuckling at Eve's flushed cheeks. "I guess we got a little carried away," she said, teasingly.

Eve rolled her eyes, laughing softly. "I can't help it when you kiss me like that," she said, before leaning in for another kiss.

They broke apart again, and Villanelle's eyes sparkled mischievously. "We should probably behave ourselves in public," she said, her voice dripping with playful teasing.

Eve raised an eyebrow. "Oh, so now you want to behave?" she said, before pulling Villanelle in for another kiss.

, They were lost in their world, consumed by the tenderness and love that they shared.

"What's wrong, baby?" "You know I won't bite." Villanelle chuckled.

Eve rolled her eyes,  "Please," she said, teasingly. "You're the one who can't keep her hands to herself."

Villanelle smirked, pulling Eve closer and returning the kiss. This went on for several minutes until they heard footsteps coming down the sidewalk behind them.

"Well, you can't blame me," she said. "You practically dragged me here!" Eve retorted, shaking her head, as the steps drew nearer.

The blonde pretended to be surprised, causing Eve to giggle and smack her lips.

"Come on, baby, let's go; people will get jealous," Eve said, leading her lover towards the steps.

"And miss all the fun?" Villanelle teased, winking.

They held hands and started walking down the street, enjoying the beautiful evening.

After a few minutes of silence, Villanelle spoke up. "You know, Eve," she said softly. "This is the first time we haven't planned anything in a long time."

Eve nodded, "I know," she said, smiling at her. "It feels nice, doesn't it?" "Like we're just normal people, enjoying our time together."

Villanelle squeezed Eve's hand, feeling content and happy. "I never thought I'd say this," she said, teasingly, "but normal is kind of nice."

"So I've noticed," Eve replied.
